Apologies for the mess I made on the forum posting a half-started thread by accident yesterday, and sorry to the guys who replied there - I appreciate it and did see them and will reply some other way
I wanted to start a new thread to continue this log as this one feels tainted by mentions of the fake gear salesman SWOLE, there's fake gear in the intro picture, and I'm not taking anything in that photo anymore, like the "proviron" in the title. And the only thing cruising in this log is my testosterone dose, upwards, by 100mg a month.
I'm gonna make a thread about those drug tests but I went back to then with questions as they said there were no active compounds at all and I want to know what that means exactly, what's 'active' and what negatives do the rest have, like the filler.
I could be wrong blaming those pills but I stopped taking them because I couldn't piss properly and then within a week of stopping that went away. Shit like that happens to me regularly anyway but still I want more information. Either way, those proviron presses were fake. Who would have suspected the pills that don't stay together.

I love it all. Still waiting for results from the oral suspensions but everything else has been lab tested. Also see how the equipoise label is faded a bit, that's after being in hot water 4 times, pretty impressive haha.
I have to return to my female empowerment course today and two woman have text me to make sure I'm coming... I don't want to get on the wrong side of any unemployed woman, they have all day and do more than just follow you home.
Been a week since I checked or updated my log. I've been spending my time poorly, but I guess you don't end up living at the park via good time management decisions. I should do my log first before doing other stuff.
I haven't been slacking on my diet or injection schedule though, and the gym has been insane lately. I did start going at different times but it's like everyone got hotter and started dressing better.
I have to pick a spot on the wall to stare at so I can atcually get through my sets... but they come to me. Not to talk but to bend over and do weird shit with benches which they literally drag over to in front of the machine I'm at from the other end of thr gym. It's never one at a time either, two to four, unrelated woman not there with each other.
I don't know what this is all about but sometimes you really do just want to do some Nautilus approved bicep curls and not look at hot girls. I have a new theory tho.
I was fully on board with the
@LevButlerov theory of woman being able to detect high testosterone levels and be attracted to that, and there's evidence to support that all around me.
I ruled out my recent burst of regular showering as I haven't had a shower since before my van broke down I don't think, but I also can't remember what I did yesterday so may have been sooner. It's been cold and windy and raining lately but still I'm over 30,000 steps a day.
I think it might have something to do with leanness. My face is sunken in like a crackhead, I have to send regular pics to my mother so she doesn't get a shock next time she sees me. I don't like it atcually. But gotta look into this. This is the major thing that's changed with me.
Did give some thought to
@toddthelineman suggestion to think about jogging a bit not just walking. I can really see how that would work, but weather or not I can is another story. I love the idea of running in general and especially trail running, that's a good life but I never got into it. I've got super flat feet and wear custom built media insoles (can't spell the word for them haha) and have broken each leg twice.
When I was 22 I had a multi week bender during this awful time when the government legalised this crap called BZP and overnight money laundering operations started on every corner, it was nuts but this was the worse drug imaginable. I think they did it on purpose so it'd fuck everyone up. Same government that gave you all K2, yay New Zealand.
Awaking from that bender was do horrific I went in search of something to make it better, and had a great idea to join the army.
And I tried to do just that, went to a fucking army base and everything. There were two questions on the first page, are you colourblind and are you flat footed? They gave me a voucher to catch the bus home
I had heard you could dodge the draft in world war two by saying you were colourblind and like half a million Christians in NZ did that and they make them cut gorse in the countryside instead. I usually dislike Christians but that's pretty badass, my fucking granddads went to Egypt and some other shitholes. They were both atcually colourblind too.
Anyway, I couldn't believe this might still be a thing and they dodged my questions about colourblindness by instead showing me how flat feet fuck your knees over time. I learnt a lot about it and it put me off running big time. It was something to do with this why I stopped playing rugby too. Always did that as a kid but stopped at 12. The Evo logger I met Dave told me tour body corrects the problem and it makes your legs stronger which sounded convincing at the time but I never looked into it.
I think I could instead run up the hills surrounding the beach suburb I live in. I'm parked at the beach now, got this one to the left:

Tools I used today were the 5/8 tip while heating the oil vials (1) and 1.5" tip for glute injection (2) - I heated the oil and loaded 300mg of Equipoise:

Then 100mg of propionate. Forgot to see if it hurts mixed with eq and it's been a week. See if my step count goes down tomorrow

Ah damn, at the photo limit. You'll have to imagine what a 1.5" long metal pole going into my glute looks like. I got it on video if you have $20.
I ran out of time to do training log but the last three days have been amazing. Mainly doing the there machine superset and pushing the weight up heavy as recommended by
@Allupfromhere - I should have done this earlier, my coach had a skill for this but he was a pro, I can't do that but the
@Allupfromhere way works great, I do a warmup set, medium heavy set then as heavy as I can. Trying to add drop sets.

But yesterday was heavy leg day and I did do curls and extensions but then I just put the 5kg plates on the squat bar so 23kg bar + 10kg and could only get through 3 sets of 15.
It really fucked me up and I ended up leaving without doing calf raises again, or the heavy leg press I had planned. I'll go to the big gym next heavy leg day and start using the hacksquat again. But then half an hour later I had energy again and went out for another 8000 step walk and collapsed in bed and fell asleep for 10 hours at 7:30pm.
The hacksquat was my favourite and I progressed well on it before the fancy new gym with no hacksquat opened. Peter Jackson is bowling thr big gym as soon as the lease runs out in February so was gonna have to change anyway. Gonna start travelling to other gyms and stay near them.
