I will be doing a log to help those I am working with in New Zealand space, @AuStarLabs and @kiwibulk have both been extremely reliable suppliers with great customer service.

I’ve just gone up to 400mg per week of Austar Test E and will be bumping this up again in the upcoming weeks or months. My levels were great sitting at well above the natural physiological range when I got my blood tests done last week after running 300mg per week, e2 was sitting at 78 due to bi-daily doses of 6.25mg exemestane sourced overseas.

Being in a deficit of over 500calories and trying to lose the body fat I accumulated during my last bulk has definitely been a struggle for the past couple of months considering I went up from 81kg to 97kg in less than 6 months (terrible I know) but I have been consistently maintaining strength and actually gaining strength in certain lifts. My scale weight is staying around 85kg, but I am getting noticeably leaner with my bicep veins showing this week and upper abs coming through despite not seeing the scale weight drop. I attribute this to potentially putting on some lean mass as I train so hard each day and make sure I get in at least 160g of organic protein daily. 20minutes of maximum incline walking post workout helps aswell. Reta assisted with facial bloating and the insane appetite I get on Test, genuinely a lifesaver in terms of getting leaner.

I will be adding in 3iu HGH daily this week, sourced from @kiwibulk (150iu total) and I will update the log as time goes on. Planning to do 2iu in the morning fasted and 1iu pre work out but if anyone has any alternative suggestions it would be appreciated. Right now I am focused on getting leaner and recomping to a position where I can bulk hard and put on some real lean mass.

The current entire stack is 400mg @AuStarLabs Test E micro dosed daily, 20mg Anavar daily, 10mg Accutane daily, 6.25mg Exemestane bi-daily, 500mg Metformin bi-daily and some other supporting vitamins. With HGH to be added soon.

Touchdown pictures will be added as time goes on along with anything else I feel the need to add. If there’s anything I have missed or anything that can be improved on please don’t hesitate to let me know, this is my first log but a first of many I’m sure. As I get more comfortable I will add some physique pictures and updates.

Once again thanks to Austar and Kiwibulk for their help so far I’m sure I’ll be working with them much more in the future.

Nice one mate! You doing a deficit of 500cals per day 7 days a week?
You should be dropping around 1lbs of fat per week if your tracking correctly, as there's roughly 3,500 cals per 1lbs of fat. If the scales aren't moving but you can visually see your rig changing, then you're body is undergoing recomposition, which is what you want 💪🏼 I'll be following along.

welcome fully to the EVO family :D @caccery good share! You should share some pics with your face blurred to open the log because we need to see your base condition to guide your stack food and training properly. A log only works when we can see how you actually look so we can see if the dose changes and the new HGH plan are doing what you want.

Here are a couple of current pictures. A lot of work to do I know, but that's why I'm here
Thank you for sharing the pics, you have a solid base good look :D @caccery

I would like to have you start some retatrutide low dose can you do that?
0.5mgs eod

and start sharing food and training please

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Or use an app like myfitness pal or cronometer. Very easy.

supplements
Are you taking high doses Vitamin C?
what digestive supps you use?
digestive enzymes?
multis?
probiotics?

I'm on one 3mg Reta injection per week at the moment but will go up to 4mg, are split doses better than one weekly dose?
No vitamin C supps, daily supp stack includes 500mg Magnesium, 30mg Zinc P, 600mg Potassium Gluconate, Omega 3 and 200mg Diindolymethane.

All I ate today was 2x Bananas, 2x coffees with whole milk, 2x eggs on wholemeal toast, a double scoop ghost protein shake with milk, and a bowl of rice with tuna haha

Todays workout was Chest, started with Smith machine press 3x8, chest cable flys 4x8, pec deck 3x10, overhead seated barbell press 3x8, isolated cable lateral raises 3x12, tricep rope extensions 3x12 and single arm tricep extensions with a wrist cuff 3x8. I always aim for the 8-10 rep range but for certain muscles or exercises, like the triceps and lateral raises I do enjoy the extra stimulus from a couple more reps. Bare in mind these counts do not include warm up sets. All sets are taken to failure

Any suggestions for hypertrophy would be appreciated

I have only been on 20mg Anavar for a couple of days so that is still building up in my system but definitely felt a bit extra pumped tonight.

I can’t remember all weights off the top of my head but will track them next workout. Only want to go up in my Reta dosage because I still get super hungry but I’m not eating much
if you can try to log weights
if you super hungry on reta can you try to microdose and see if that works? likes ed doses @caccery

@caccery definitely try and implement some fasting and time restricted eating. It's much more effective than just doing the whole 500 calorie deficit thing.

For anyone wondering what I looked at my biggest here is a reference image

August 2025 to December 2025. I was about 98kilo in the picture on the right and 85 in the picture on the left. The first picture was a terrible diet and as many calories as I could possibly intake, this “bulk” lasted about a year and a half, I was so skinny before I ever started working out and I became addicted to any kind of mass I could put on, I was benching 120kg within 8 months of starting gym, not fully realising that majority of what I was putting on was fat. Now I’m around 1800-2000calories per day. I’m glad I haven’t lost any of the size in my arms! Before I started in the gym I was skin and bone, I had absolutely no muscle mass on my frame so the change between that and me at my biggest is pretty shocking to look at.

Still a long way to go ofcourse. I’m sure people are curious why start Test at a young age and especially why start it when you look so shit? Well the truth is I was on a lot of prescribed medication from the age of 13 that completely cooked my body’s hormonal balance. When I got my first blood tests done in 2024 my Test was at 262ngdl and my e2 was sitting at 189. I struggled with mental health issues and chronic fatigue since before I can even remember, which led me to many addictions and things that could possibly numb the issues I had going on and I can confidently say that starting T has completely changed my life, more than I thought it would when I started 6 months ago.

I think you look fantastic. You've got a great base to work with. You're going to continue to improve. Just stay consistent. That's going to be the key. You need to put in the hours. @caccery

I like how you are very modest. But don't worry, we're going to get you in the best shape of your life. @caccery Make sure you lay out your diet with pictures and also tell us more about what you're eating.

@caccery if your body is cooked from the meds you got put on then i don't see an issue hopping on trt. as long as it medically is necessary that is what it is there for!

@caccery nice start to the log man. Glad to have ya here brother. Let’s get it.

Good touchdown for @AuStarLabs
but what happened to your injury whats the issue? @caccery
Always struggled with my right hip, usually I’m fine if i deadlift or squat but after squatting this week it’s been really sore it’s just a constant pain and clicking in the hip right on the joint to my pelvis

You should deload on the lower body completely, do all upper and cardio can you do that? @caccery

Have not updated the log in a while, training has been super slow and I've been struggling with all kinds of injuries. Lowered the Test dose to around 300mg Per week of @AuStarLabs Test Enanthate, Upped my reta to 6mg per week, 20mg Accutane per week and 5iu of HGH in the AM.
Fortunately with an extremely low volume of training and low calories for the past couple of months I've managed to maintain the muscle mass I had on my frame and massively cut down my bodyfat. I'm sitting at 79kg morning weight down from 107kg at my peak which means I've lost 28kg, something I cant really wrap my head around until I look at the pictures! I attached one of what was me at my heaviest weight which was in around August 2025.

P.s All acne is completely gone thanks to the accutane.

I'm already excited for the bulk and I will be aiming to put on a solid amount of lean mass and eat as clean as possible. My ideas are to up the Test E to 750mg, run around 300mg EQ and add some NPP in, alongside 30mg Anavar, 5-6iu of HGH and lowering the dose of reta to get some of my appetite back. All oils will be coming from Austar, I will see how the EQ affects my E2 and adjust AI dosages accordingly. Once the bulk starts my progress will be meticulously tracked through this log.

Also can I get an update on my profile picture:ROFLMAO:

Just in order to put on as much lean size as possible, I wasn't too sure what dosage of NPP would work I was gonna ask for some advice but those were just my ideas so far, what do you recommend dosage wise for the whole cycle?

are you still on accutane? main question before we talk cycles

I'm taking 20mg per day just to mitigate any potential acne but willing to drop it
You should have to go to 0 if you want to ramp up gear, but its catch 22 if you go 0 and high gear, acne back
see the issue? @caccery

yeah i get ya Ive thought about it quite a bit but if acne comes back i can always get back on the accutane, what do you recommend for a good bulking cycle if i really want to put on some mass this year, assuming accutane isnt in the stack
im not sure how bad your acne issue is
what are we talking about here?

I've been struggling with all kinds of injuries.

Why have you been getting injured?
Not sure, Ill be going to physio soon, It's probably from high training intensity and weight that I'm trying to move on such a big deficit and low energy, left shoulder is isnt doing too great, nerve in the right arm is pinched and my right knee plays up quite often 🤬

@caccery that mix on the cycle is good. just be aware that using a big cycle like that will increase the injury risk. AAS increase injuries, they do not help them

Bros, injury is part of the game. Did you know I was down for two years and could not lift weights after my plumbing accident? It's no joke at all. You gotta be smart the way you hit your injuries. Don't use steroids if you're injured. @caccery

Nice to see you back, updating now. @caccery and I'm happy to see that your acne is completely gone. Hopefully the Accutane didn't cause you a lot of side effects.

@caccery Accutane definitely works on a lot of people, but you don't want to run too much or run it for too long. It can come with side effects that can come on strong later on, so watch out for that.

Thanks for your honesty, man. That's okay that you haven't been hitting it the way you want. Now is the time though to hit it hard. If you're going to run a cycle like this, you want to basically get in the best conditioning possible so you can take full advantage. @caccery

its not bad at all i was only on a small dose to get rid of some slight back and shoulder acne, naturally very oily skin aswell so it was purely for cosmetic reasons
how much you taking? you have pics? @caccery

I’m only on 20mg per day, never gone any higher than that, it’s crazy how 20mg can make such a difference
you'll have to cycle off it for the big test push which will bring acne back
