Summary of the week:
The holiday derailed me a bit time wise but I’m ready to get cracking this next week. I feel great and in control of my body and I didn’t eat like an asshole with all the family around. It was a little weird not drinking alcohol but honestly, I didn’t really miss it.
My shoulder is feeling a bit better, hopefully due to the pt I’ve been doing.
