I just did an InBody scan and it says im at 15.1% body fat. Down from 17.4% in November. Doesn’t seem like much but this is the best I’ve ever been and I’m stoked. It’s extra hard not to be fired up when the needle is moving in the right direction. View attachment 158681

—I only got 3 good workouts in this week with the holidays but those sessions were hard core. I attacked them like a beast and I felt great

- Pumps / back or shin pumps: (2) pumps still feel great no unwanted discomfort

Yeah my son brought home a prime rib he didn’t know what to do with. Luckily, I did. It was about 9 lbs and the outside was crisp and the inside was perfectly medium rare

Bros, prime rib is the best, but man, I don't know how to cook that thing. @MrGainezzz my wife doesn't really know how to cook good red meat. She likes to cook a lot of chicken, though.

The holiday derailed me a bit time wise but I’m ready to get cracking this next week. I feel great and in control of my body and I didn’t eat like an asshole with all the family around. It was a little weird not drinking alcohol but honestly, I didn’t really miss it.

My shoulder is feeling a bit better, hopefully due to the pt I’ve been doing.

I can't recall, but have you tried GHK on your shoulder along with the BPC and TB500? Seems to be a pretty good snack for a lot of people for healing. @MrGainezzz

I haven’t tried it yet but I’m about to add it in. I was thinking the same thing though, I actually felt a bit better this morning when I was bench pressing. The pain is still there but I think I’m seeing improvement

  • I’m thinking about my next cycle and since I’ve never done a test only cycle, I think that’s what I’ll do. Seems pretty simple and a great way to see how my body reacts to it before I start adding in other stuff. I will most likely wait 6-8 weeks after I’m done with this Anavar cycle and then start this.
  • 12 weeks
  • 500mg testosterone cypionate wk
  • 25mg Proviron daily
  • Aromasin 12.5mg EOD? Not sure on this. I’ll want to see how my e2 reacts to that much test. I’ll likely have it available and only use it if I start to feel weird around the nips
  • I’ll probably increase my calories to 3000 or 3500 daily and drop back on the reta a bit (from 3 to 1.5) so it doesn’t keep me from eating what I need
  • Once it’s over I’ll go back to my 80-100mg test a week so I don’t think I need a normal pct
  • I’m considering HCG but I’m not concerned about fertility or ball size. I’ve had a vasectomy. I’ve heard it makes you feel great and helps your mood and libido, honestly I’m thinking of starting this now maybe grabbing some from @US-pharmacies and starting with 250-500mcg 3x weekly seems like a win win but I’m curious about other peoples experience

I do about everything I can think of to dial my sleep in and I still have more nights than not that just suck. I try to be in bed by 730-8, I mouth tape, wear an eye mask, take magnesium, glycine and 250mcg cjc1295/ ipamorelin before bed. I also get 20min of blue light from a device on my car visor on my drive into the gym at 430am and then 15-20 minutes of red light from a theralight bed before my workout at least 3 days a week. Sometimes it Just seems futile.

As a matter of fact that’s what did this morning and it was a lot better I rotated through the face pulls and single arm cable lat raises without stopping. I found the single arm helped me focus on form and I didn’t get the pain I normally get with regular lat raises. Thanks for reminding me. I need to go back and make a note for next week

I’m still doing the Anavar every day. I got a little pill cutter/crusher and I half it then take 25mg powder sublingual at 0430 and 25mg at around 1300 after lunch. I feel better than I have in a long time. This morning I got out of the shower and looking the mirror and was like “who the fuck is that?” Part of me wishes I had started down this road a long time ago but here I am now and so far it’s going well.

As far as the military goes, I can’t get away from it. I’ve been out for nearly 20 years but I still work for them. I don’t really fit in well with civilians. My humor and mannerisms aren’t widely accepted among decent folks… lol. In my neighborhood, I’m known as the “half naked bearded short shorts guy”

I’m extremely grateful for the EVO community and I have big plans for 2026 so I will be leaning on the knowledge gathered here for sure. There are a ton of members that it’s obvious you all know your shit.

-Always try to get more cardio sessions in this week specifically on the rower add in some drop sets

I have had countless people come up to me and tell me how good I look this week. It’s a real confidence boost and motivation to keep on pushing. I’m gonna grab a dexa scan and an InBody scan at the end of next week just to get a picture of where I am.

@BigVelvetG man the bf is falling off. You’re looking leaner and bigger st the same time man. That’s some great work.
 
smart move easing up til PT bro… shoulder stuff can turn into a long ride if u try to “train thru it”
I am training through it, just hopefully I’m doing it smart with the help of my PT. So far so good and I can tell I’m making progress. My chest and arms aren’t getting as much work as I would like but they are still getting pumped every other day so I’m counting it as a win
