This is a really solid workout on Christmas Eve. While most people are being lazy, you are in there killing it. I got a lot of love for that, and the sit-ups are never easy. @Madmax46 keep up the good work on this.

I try to get in one day of clean of press per week. Never really felt comfortable doing barbell snatches so I do kettlebells with those.

Just be careful with those shoulders. Make sure you're warming up properly and you're also stretching afterwards.

Yeah I do a lot of rotator cuff band exercises to avoid injury especially with the boxing

yes warming those up and being flexible is important. the most flexible athletes out there stay healthier for a reason

Been off cycles for a bit. Still training, but been focusing a lot on studies and work

I am down 4kg since my last cycle, but I feel fine, maybe i will go back on lgd400 soon

Was, not anymore. It is safer than actual steroids, and just gave me that mental edge and crazy strength gains that made me fall in love with training. Been consistent since may 19 2024

I got decent results running sarms prior to trt. Never really tanked my test levels either.

That is a beautiful looking dinner right there. I've had sea bass before. It's pretty good stuff. @Madmax46 where I live, we have freshwater bass.
