Hey, I’ve been reading other post for a while trying to gain all the info possible and I’ve decided to log my first cycle and see if I can gain any advice and direction.
I am looking to gain steady muscle without adding to much fat and increase strength. I want to bulk a bit before next summer.
I have always been on the smaller size and started training when I was 17. I did this off and on till the last five years when I got more serious. I went from 130lbs to my top weight being 190lbs natural with being overly fat.
My stats:
39 year old
5 10
175 pounds
Roughly 12-15% body fat
Cycle:
500 mg test E 10-12 weeks depending on tolerance
20-40 mg Anavar last 6 weeks maybe.
12.5 mg aromasin maybe of if advised
Steroids experience:
Dr prescribed trt for 3 months topping at 100mg test c.
Self prescribed for 6 months at 200mg test e.
Most recent bloods:
Total Test: 40.3 nmol/l
Estrodial: 121 pmol/l
Other blood markers good, hemoglobin a little high but it always is as I for sure have sleep apnea and I am currently on a wait list for a sleep test.
Cholesterol a little high this time but I am doing the things to fix and I have that run in my family
Will do bloods again and post in about 4 weeks.
Supplements:
Mulitvitamin
K2
D3
Omegas
NAC
Natto
Magnesium
Creatine
Diet:
Not super strict. I eat clean with maybe one cheat snack a week, usually at breakfast on the weekend like a pancake or two with my meal. I only ensure I get enough protein 180g-200g a day and when I’m hungry I eat clean.
Training:
I workout 5 to 6 days a week a typical bro split trying to hit chest and shoulders twice a week.
I rock climb twice a week for fun.
And cardio when I can and have time as I have a job always on the tools so I get a decent amount of walking through that.
One main question I have lingering and have made a separate post about is should I just run aromasin or do more blood work first at 500mg to see what it comes back at?
