Hey, I’ve been reading other post for a while trying to gain all the info possible and I’ve decided to log my first cycle and see if I can gain any advice and direction.
I am looking to gain steady muscle without adding to much fat and increase strength. I want to bulk a bit before next summer.
I have always been on the smaller size and started training when I was 17. I did this off and on till the last five years when I got more serious. I went from 130lbs to my top weight being 190lbs natural with being overly fat.

My stats:
39 year old
5 10
175 pounds
Roughly 12-15% body fat

Cycle:
500 mg test E 10-12 weeks depending on tolerance
20-40 mg Anavar last 6 weeks maybe.
12.5 mg aromasin maybe of if advised

Steroids experience:
Dr prescribed trt for 3 months topping at 100mg test c.
Self prescribed for 6 months at 200mg test e.

Most recent bloods:
Total Test: 40.3 nmol/l
Estrodial: 121 pmol/l
Other blood markers good, hemoglobin a little high but it always is as I for sure have sleep apnea and I am currently on a wait list for a sleep test.
Cholesterol a little high this time but I am doing the things to fix and I have that run in my family
Will do bloods again and post in about 4 weeks.

Mulitvitamin
K2
D3
Omegas
NAC
Natto
Magnesium
Creatine

Diet:
Not super strict. I eat clean with maybe one cheat snack a week, usually at breakfast on the weekend like a pancake or two with my meal. I only ensure I get enough protein 180g-200g a day and when I’m hungry I eat clean.

Training:
I workout 5 to 6 days a week a typical bro split trying to hit chest and shoulders twice a week.
I rock climb twice a week for fun.
And cardio when I can and have time as I have a job always on the tools so I get a decent amount of walking through that.

One main question I have lingering and have made a separate post about is should I just run aromasin or do more blood work first at 500mg to see what it comes back at?

I appreciate all the feedback and let me know if I have left any information out.

This cycle design is fine brother imo could bump protien up over the 200g mark though and i think you will find you will be needing the aromasin at 500mg test, 12.5mg twice weekly should be fine but bloods should confirm this.
Would i run the aromasin straight away? Personally i wouldnt but it wouldnt be far off maybe withing the first 3ish weeks. Thats for me though im a pig for bloodwork so i base everything off that.

@goldenasis2086 the supps look really good! that is a strong list. i have to see more of you sideways but i would say you are 13% body fat is my best guess. you have room to put on muscle
 
those are strong numbres for just 200mgs. makes me think that maybe you have existing heart issues. just be careful it doesn't get too worse @goldenasis2086
Yeah I have some genetic predispositions with cholesterol. Right before those bloods I was going through a rough patch and was not eating the best my results prior to that at the same dose was all in range outside of hemoglobin which everything I research is most likely due to the sleep apnea. I did a ecg about 5-6 months ago and that came back great. I’m in Canada so getting any other heart test outside of that is almost impossible given my age.

you need to eat as well as possible. @goldenasis2086 and if you can't get the bloodwork you need then go private. it works like that in other places
 
Yeah I looked into that and in Canada not easy to buy second hand and places won’t sell them to you first had without a diagnosis.
you can buy one of them on amazon or ebay? @goldenasis2086 i'm sure you could also drive across the border. we got a lot of canadians on here like @BeMe who know the the tricks

Yeah I changed it back up much better now, just a small blip with life things. I plan on getting bloodwork in 4 weeks privately. We have a service in Canada I can pay for it. I’ll post those bloods as soon as I get them done

In Ontario our health insurance covers sleep studies. So you can go to your GP and get prescribed a sleep study you're good to go. The cost of the CPAP machine can be partially covered too if you meet certain criteria

Your high hemoglobin could be attributed to a lack of hydration prior to your blood test. What time of day did you get tested and how much water did you drink before the test?

Which province are you in?

Yeah I did that and I’ve been on a wait list for 6 months now and now I had my GP send more referrals out to other hospitals to hopefully get in sooner. The one the sent my referral to is a 15 month wait.

Yeah I hope so to. Such a pain in the ass do deal with the majority of drs with that stuff. At teletest you just pay and move on.
Finding a good doctor up here is near impossible. Then finding one who will work with you on TRT and peds...almost non existent. Luckily you got the EVO fam bro

Good arm day, the 70 supinated pulldown and 160 pulley curls are strong numbers and the calf raise at 100 lbs hits clean. :D
Keep the same 4 set layout but add reps.

Yeah I love the seated dips might switch back to regular dips with weight.
That will be awesome to see any changes you make and how your body reacts. Sometimes our bodies are really weird. Sometimes they react a certain way and they surprise us. @goldenasis2086

Hello community I have not posted in awhile about my log, anyhow I got the flu and have been sick for the last three weeks so I decided to end my cycle a little early. I just did bloodwork yesterday and my last shot was last week Friday. Some of my results:
Total test : 14.5 nmol
Free test : 286 pmol
Estradiol: 73 pmol

Being only a week and on 500mg test enanthate does the bloods go down that fast?

if you end your cycle you either have to PCT or TRT you can't just end it, and these results say nothing really because its in your system @goldenasis2086 share actual bloods please blur out personal info , the whole thing with ranges

So also to ask once I go back to trt doses should I wait a certain amount of time before getting new bloodwork? I plan on just running 150mg for a cruise for 10 to 12 weeks
lets do a 3 week off bridge period get some test boosters like hcgenerate and cycle off for 3 weeks use it only with nolvadex
