Feeling good today, starting to get some mad site pain from the abdomen subq injections, im going to start doing a few subq injections in the upper outer thigh and love handles. KLOW has mad pip when constituted with 3ml bac water. So I’ve been added extra bac water into the syringe once my units have been drawn before rolling to mix.

And yes I'm betting it's definitely carb source choice for sure. Try experimenting with traditional carb sources like sweet potatoes, quinoa, white rice, brown rice (more risky than white rice), cream of rice, etc. If all else fails we try some of the weird ones LOL

Great update bro. Back workout was high volume and hit different angles. Do they have a supported row at the gym? Any type of seated row will also hit the same type of back angle as a bent over row. Also just can keep adding one or two sets of the barbell rows at a super low weight to start with, at the end of this session. I tried some barbell rows today aswell but I wasn’t getting much out of it except for strain on my lower back, not painful it was just fatigued before I could get the workout in, im doing lower back raises on leg day at the moment.

Really enjoyed the day, felt great at work ( an anomaly lol) and felt great and pumped in the gym aswell! Starting to notice a bit more strength so while the scale doesn’t seem to be moving down there’s definitely a bit of muscle coming through now

Hey mate, on the front squats, the Olympic hold only really works if you have good wrist and shoulder flexibility. But the load is still meant to be carried on your shoulders, hands just hold steady. I can't do them that way. Have always done the cross arm bodybuilding method. Same applies with that though; bar is predominantly supported by shoulders.Daily Log

GYG has a nutrition guide on their website so you can track closer to your actual macros, you'll just have to manually add it up and add it as a food on the app, I've done the same with subway which has a calculator on their website (only works on pc though) so the extra grilled chicken (100g) would be extra 27.2g protein.

Rise and shine workout today, before a big drive to pick up my new rental keys 1 hour away in Bankstown for some reason.. weird stuff. Get to the new house and it’s trashed and it’s like the last renters just bailed and the landlord did nothing. So after that and a lot of back and forth with the real estate I was able to kick
Back into gear and move half the house pretty much. It’s nice when the weights apply to something that’s practical for me! Office worker here. On another note im getting no back pain at all now, whether it’s the additional back exercises or Klow or maybe even test im not sure but it’s feels good just to feel so competent or able and just trust my joints. I was jumping in and out of my trucks moving things. Where id have to be careful before because I wouldn’t want to aggravate something.
During the drive i got in some time listening the evo podcasts. Lots of solid information that’s really well presented. Got me thinking about cycle ideas for when the fats gone
