Today was push day

Did a some shoulders and started my peptides from @RegenexPharma 🔥

My Pep stack includes
- MOTS-C
- KLOW
- IGF-1 LR3

For dinner i have switched things around and got sick of the previous dish which was salmon,sweet potatoes and (some green leaf 🤣 i forgot the name?) Spinach!

Ingredients
Rump steak (cooked) — 200 g
Sweet potato (cooked) — 200 g
Asparagus — 150 g
(No added oil — rump steak brings its own fats)

📊 Macronutrients (Approx.)
Calories: ~650–680 kcal
Protein: ~45–48 g
Carbohydrates: ~45–50 g
Fats: ~28–32 g

And lastly my favourite Staple 🩵

🥣 Snack / Gut-Friendly Meal
Ingredients
Greek yogurt — 200 g
Honey — 15 g
Blueberries — 80 g
📊 Macronutrients (Approx.)
Calories: ~250–270 kcal
Protein: ~18–20 g
Carbohydrates: ~30–35 g
Fats: ~0–2 g

And I might of slipped over and accidently ate 2 mini size snickers ☺️☺️

Today was a win,my head was not in the fight and it was a push to go..I had a week off because the mind and body was yelling at me

Altho as we eased into the session I was actually hitting more reps and lifting heavier weight 💪🏽,a very clean,easy push session,tells me that week off did some great.

im back at it full swing 🔥🔥🔥

SLU-PP 322 pills - being in a wheelchair means not lots of cardio but to be honest - Lifts is already shredded but we thought he would be a great candidate for "Exercise in a bottle" Slu with the metabolic uplift at rest.

I started my deload and re wrote my splits/plan this week and have been enjoying it since,I got some really nice DOMS with my new plan after hitting chest yesterday I got out of the bed this morning SORE!🔥.

I hit biceps today,heres what my plan looked like

(Very Slow on the esentric,mind muscle connection)

(Slow on the way down really activate the shoulders/lats)

I find these light weight/high rep and taking a really slow esentric movment fatigues my muscles by the last 2-4 reps and really focusing on that mind muscle connection 💪🏽

Killer update king!
I think it gets over looked too much that the main driver of hypertrophy comes from mechanical tention in the muscle fibre itself and no based on the load on the bar/dumbbell.

Can achieve some fucking crazy stimulus with lighter weight 💙💙🙏🙏

Light but effective,feeling quite fatigued and doms the next morning,ive never done much deloading in the past so it amazes me as with such little weight and slow con/ecentric movements how fatigued the muscle can get with that mind muscle connection aswell👌🏽💪🏽

Little update in regards to thyroid/training/compounds

I just recently had my untrasounds/scan done on the thyroid and got my results back, confirmed hashimotos disease (stress related)

I await a call from the endo
To be seen and discuss treatments/medication

The ball is rolling and happy days as I near better health.

Will be prescribed suiting meds to aid, i have been told 4-6 weeks will be the time frame for getting the thyroid stable.

Once stable i will commence my 1st cycle for 2026 with @Gold Standard Labs and @RegenexPharma very excited to runs gold oils as i have only heard the best 👌🏽

I have been running some peptides from @RegenexPharma along the way consisting of -

KLOW80
SLUPP

I have noticed a number of things whilst running these peptides from @RegenexPharma

Nice update mate. Love the feedback on the peptides! I'm using MOTS-C from @RegenexPharma as well and have definitely noticed an improvement with workout stamina / endurance.
Thats valuable feedback brother 👌🏽🔥 its a great compound ill definitely keeping it in my stack and running it in future cycles 💯💯💯
 
Killer update king!
I think it gets over looked too much that the main driver of hypertrophy comes from mechanical tention in the muscle fibre itself and no based on the load on the bar/dumbbell.

Can achieve some fucking crazy stimulus with lighter weight 💙💙🙏🙏
