This regarding ED macros as a daily summary which you posted so that's good. But also, for those dropping into your log non-daily there isn't any cut and paste info as a log update in terms of your current cycle. Are you running TRT, TRT+, a blast? It's best to try and make a bi-weekly update simply with your current cycle or even just have it ready to cut and paste with every training update. This will prevent the scrolling back to your last mentioned cycle or TRT. Include AI's etc as well.

protein level is good but carbs fats low, you on any GLP now? @MarkNV
This too, once you add a GLP if you do I'd include that in your training updates as the last line of your current/updated cycle info

Yes bro! Great volume and detail in your workout. I can see by your reps you're not pushing hard and not quitting at a set # of reps (example: preacher machine curls). I like that you made up for calves too; don't forget calves need to be shocked since you use them with every step you take so see if you can load up on the weight on the calf press machine.

Definitely push the weight on the calves. They're too used to bodyweight all day anyway you got this! Calf DOMS are the best!
