Big day moving today 23k steps on the watch and I’m carrying everything uphill. So it’s safe to say I’m not missing out on cardio haha. Probably really good for my biceps and posterior chain aswell. I’ll kept my back intact during the process. Last day tomorrow and I hand the keys in to the old place. So I can hopefully go to the gym but tbh I’ll probably go straight to bed haha.

In terms of my PED’s I’ve changed my cjc/ipa to nightly and I’m taking 400mcg. (Slept like a baby) My KLOW is now twice daily around my impacted sites 2mg each injection and I’m taking nad+ 50mg every two days. I should be taking it daily but I’m sick of so much pinning lol. No pip at all on the delt subq injection @LevButlerov.

Moving is the pits hey. Definitely won't need the extra cardio. Good that you've nearly got everything sorted. Nice work still getting reasonable macros as well.
 
Any dose recommendations? I’m on 3mg a day fasted and I’m looking for improvements in my elbow tendon (torn 10 years ago, had surgery) and arthritic pain in my right knee. From an rugby injury so i only have half a meniscus
i've experimented with spot injecting it, but seems like it makes my area MORE SORE lol. i stick to 1-2mgs a day just to make it affordable. but if you do 3-4mgs that is optimal if you can afford it

For the klow I’m running it 2mg morning and night into the site specific regions and seeing how I go. Unfortunately that means pinning the quad. Closer to the knee seems to sting more! The one that really killed was pinning my vmo. Still some nerve pain there from like 4 days ago haha

Yeah it’s defitnely working, I don’t think I’d feel it if my calories weren’t so low. And the second time I had it at 50mg I woke up with mild nausea so my body is taking it on. From my two days moving house. First day I had much more sustained energy and yesterday was a battle even though all the heavy lifting was done. Could just be fatigued though

2mg x 2mg should work well for yea. Yeah, closer to the knee can sting a bit though i find the rest of quad fine. I load both my BPC and HGH in the same pin to atleast reduce pokes too.

So I’m mainly wanting to evaluate that and look at whether I can be modifying anything to assist with my weight loss, muscle retention , health, how much aromasin I should take if any etc. So far I’m looking at getting these done.

  • Progesterone
  • FSH/LH

Obviously no gym until this is resolved which is annoying. On the plus side I got my N2guard today so provided my bloods comeback well I might up my test or add in another compound.

Bro spewing about the injury, get some rest and hope you recover soon! Try and do some regular stretching and light walking. Some deepheat might help with short term relief.

Just a question about your Tudca, what brand did you get? I've been checking some out on Amazon and most of them have a few dodgy or low number of views. None of the supplement stores stock them locally either.

Nice workout mate. I like that you dropped the reps a bit on bench press. I would move chest press to second since it is the second biggest movement. Otherwise the fatigue in your shoulders and tri's can affect how much you can lift.

True re Aus these days mate. And yeah our system is very unfair on renters (our whole housing situation is fucked in general due to greed). Typical situation where you clean the shit out of your existing place, they still complain yet the place you move into is a dump.

Very happy with the test level, sitting around where I figured I would be on my dose. Also happy with my liver, kidney and ck results. Ck and alt were technically high but as I worked out I the 12 hours before getting bloods it’s too be expected.

I have aromasin for the e2, anyone have any advice for me?

Your bloods are actually quite solid, lipids good, the liver, ck and urea is training yes.

The E2 is high, if your not having any symptoms that is good, bringing it down to 140-160 would probably be alot more balanced.

Start low with aromasin, 6.25mg e3d and see where it ends up.


Edit - just saw you have HCG on board - you still running this? That would explain your e2 and tbh Aromasin wont address that reliably

Your bloods are actually quite solid, lipids good, the liver, ck and urea is training yes.

The E2 is high, if your not having any symptoms that is good, bringing it down to 140-160 would probably be alot more balanced.

Start low with aromasin, 6.25mg e3d and see where it ends up.


Edit - just saw you have HCG on board - you still running this? That would explain your e2 and tbh Aromasin wont address that reliably

Why is the HCG in? what are you trying to address?
You should lower your e2 a little bit, 6.25 every 3 days is a good start point, you dont want it too low, and if your not having symptoms last thing youd want is to crush it and get symptoms - with the hcg you may find it very spiky and all over the place it isnt quite as smooth as e2 from test

More about having an easier time recovering testes function later. It’s not guaranteed obviously. But my partner and I might look at kids at some point. Obviously considered the risks of test and talked about this with her etc. also don’t want my balls to shrink!

I always prefer everything dosed daily, if you can split the pills into 3.25 by all means that would be much better

Very happy with the test level, sitting around where I figured I would be on my dose. Also happy with my liver, kidney and ck results. Ck and alt were technically high but as I worked out I the 12 hours before getting bloods it’s too be expected.

I have aromasin for the e2, anyone have any advice for me?

Good day today, had my bloods taken and will hopefully have the results back soon. Had a few snacks and a beer though after work. But still got into the gym and got it done. Diet definitely could have been much better today but it is what it is!
Thinking of starting a cycle soon, but in saying that only been on test for a month. Am I jumping the gun way too fast? Ever since I’ve started test I’ve felt that the sky is the limit and it feels damn good!

Nice update mate. Training looks good but I reckon you can add a rear delt exercise in there after the back exercises.

I would hold off on the cycle mate. From memory you haven't been training seriously for very long? You want to milk your 'newbie' gains for as long as possible. Typically you would expect a year or so of 'easy' gains. Use the time to get everything dialled in and get body fat to a point that allows your first cycle to be a solid gain phase.

I think part of getting dialled in should be pushing the weights up a bit on some of your sets. Getting your body use to heavier weights. You can still add back off sets to allow you to hit the higher reps if you want.

Yeah for sure, I’ll incorporate more. Yeah I’ll keep going with just the test, my mind was more going towards primo to assist with the estrogen issue without taking too much AI. Probably a very expensive solution lol

I love that idea about some heavier weights, I’ve been trying to hit 20-25 reps per set for most exercises as it’s been suggested to me a few times on the forum (I havnt been with bench) because it starts to feel like cardio and I don’t feel the stimulus as much. I’d love to start trying 90kg and titrate down to lighter weights for reps.

I’ll add in another exercise on the back aswell 😃

Ah yeah I get you re the Primo. Couldn't remember your TRT dose. Makes sense you need AI with 200/week (the lucky ones don't). If Primo was around that's what I'd do for TRT (well TRT+ / sports TRT). Probably 150-200 test + 50-100 Primo. I'm doing that now but with EQ. 175 test + 60 EQ. Otherwise if I didn't run an AI I'd be limited to ~100 test (130 test previously put my E2 at 360!).

Far out that e2 is pretty damn high! I guess I’ve been lucky aswell I’ve been running 200mg a week and getting 1200 free test. A big thing with me aswell is that I’m still around 25% bf so I’d imagine being a lot lighter would stop the need for an AI.

That’s another thing at what dose is it TRT and when are you just on steroids. Haha

How are you finding the eq? I remember you talking about your e2 showing higher because of it. I saw on imedical you can get an lcms for it but it’s like $70. The price of that test gets rid of the perks of running eq for sure haha

So much higher than I expected! I was aiming for the top of the reference range so I overshot by a mile lol im using a luerlock needle aswell twice a week so for all I know I maybe only injecting 180-190mg. So if people think they are ‘cruising’ at like 300mg the thought of that is absolute insanity and even though we all respond differently 250mg being labelled as TRT + is crazy. Haha

If you want your full dose instead of leaving some oil in the end of syringe barrel + needle hub, do the bubble method or some call it the "air lock" or whatever.

Not sure what your draw protocol is, whether you draw with an 18g and swap for a 25g or draw with a 25g. Itll work for either.

Basically draw your oil and then purposely draw in air, i do about 5iu or so. Flick the needle to position the bubble onto the plunger, it will act as a buffer that will clear the barrel end and needle hub of your dose.

No waste.
