Rise and shine workout today, before a big drive to pick up my new rental keys 1 hour away in Bankstown for some reason.. weird stuff. Get to the new house and it’s trashed and it’s like the last renters just bailed and the landlord did nothing. So after that and a lot of back and forth with the real estate I was able to kick
Back into gear and move half the house pretty much. It’s nice when the weights apply to something that’s practical for me! Office worker here. On another note im getting no back pain at all now, whether it’s the additional back exercises or Klow or maybe even test im not sure but it’s feels good just to feel so competent or able and just trust my joints. I was jumping in and out of my trucks moving things. Where id have to be careful before because I wouldn’t want to aggravate something.
During the drive i got in some time listening the evo podcasts. Lots of solid information that’s really well presented. Got me thinking about cycle ideas for when the fats gone 😎

Awesome log broski, your doing great. Ive got some herniated discs and i found zircher squats were best for me. Any weight on the shoulders for squating put to much strain on my discs. Maybe give those a try. I use a squat bar pad so the bar doesnt hurt the arms.

Yeah read the log front to back. I find the lower center of gravity helps me keep my back nice and straight with no tension on my discs.

Bare bar? Yeah shits awful. Lol. Pads pretty good, but im not squating heavy. My quads can move more, but ive left some other muscles behind along with the back issue. The zircher dropset kills me though.

Yeah i cant wait to gear up. I got my PED panel bloods next week so ill have my baseline.

Yeah bro 100% surprised there isn’t more consistency tbh. I’ve been on it for about a month now. I’ve had one blood test in the time but didn’t take it before so much igf1 levels were sort of high/midline also I didn’t have a baseline before I started it.

Lots of people take it at night and report much better quality sleep, but I found it raised my heart rate a little and gave me a spike of energy so I moved it to the morning fasted. I’ve never tried hgh but I’d give that a go over this, it’s the only thing im taking where I havnt really noticed benefits

From what I'm hearing HGH is the way to go, but I was looking into the same stack over it to avoid disrupting the natural production of it.

Yeah I’d probably go hgh or maybe Tesamorelin if I picked again for visceral fat burning but as for how effective it is, I’ve never really asked. Also is there much data of issues from implementing hgh with natural production. I know test is well documented with that

Very similar for sure, but negligible in whether they both do anything or not. Especially when 2 months supply for cjc/ipa sets you back $200ish and even more usually for Tesamorelin. Would be interesting to hear from anyone that’s had experience with these and hgh. Anyone? Lol 😂

Tesamorelin does help with appetite but not like CJC which isn't the same

Great job just trusting EVO for your guidance because it's personalized here whereas youtube for example both has ulterior motives (promotions) and speak to the general masses as if gear/peptides are the same for everyone. I'm glad the Test is working for you too...

Yes the KLOW and yes the Test but you're also getting really fit and in shape compared to where you were so you will notice a pep in your step now big time and that's due to YOUR hard work and not simply a peptide. This was a bigger comment from you that I think you realize, this is a result of your hard work!

Always, ALWAYS go HGH vs. secretagogues or otherwise. This is something that would be hard to convince me otherwise. Yes they work but I've tried both and my IGF-1 levels were always higher and steadier on just a nice steady every night dose of real HGH.
Would be interesting to hear from anyone that’s had experience with these and hgh. Anyone? Lol
Sorry bro was doing my log update and just got to this now. A kit at 2iu will last you 50 nights so for the price getting real HGH is not only your best bang for your buck but you're making SURE your IGF-1 is high and even out of range vs. relying on your pituitary to pulse enough to keep it high and steady.

Thanks so much! @HarleyGuy aside from the tirzepatide the only other decision I made was the cjc/ipa which was clearly the wrong option haha yeah just boosting my test to a high trt dose instead of my baseline that was well under has literally changed my life and only people that have really low test would understand how much better you feel!

Just what I was looking for, I couldn’t find any real information on the secretagogues effectiveness compared to real HGH. I’ll keep this in mind once I’ve finished my vial. Leg workout looks good mate. Front squats are no joke and one of these best exercises. 80kg is good going as well. 120kg on hack squats is impressive. Is that going all the way down? That's probably the most unique thing about hacks is training that deep position. Brutal looking leg extensions and curls as well.

On the front squats, you mean you tried the cross arm bodybuilding style grip. Definitely takes some getting used to. I tried them when I started out then gave up on them for a few years. You've got to have the bar set at the right height, then go in with your arms crossed in front of you at shoulder height, chest up, aim the top of your rib cage / base of your neck at the bar. It's close to choking you but a bit lower. Then just hold on top of the bar. You really have to focus on keeping chest up the whole time otherwise the bar want to roll forward. Someone once told me that front squats will strengthen your upper back and it's sort of true hey.

Yeah the cross arm grip, that’s really helpful and thorough bro. I’ll have a read next legs session because it was definitely choking me out a bit, killer exercise. You can always use more muscle in the upper back!

You could have swapped it for a protein yoghurt pouch like the chobani fit/ yoPro / Pauls plus protein. The 150g little squeeze pouches are only like 90 cals and 15g protein. You would of hit your protein target and it might have quenched the sweet craving.

Unless I had some sort of runners high from my walk I really felt a sustained energy from the NAD+ carry me through the workout today. No pics but I felt I had a good pump today and I’m starting to feel a real pride in myself. My belly is still there, but more than that I’m carrying myself with pride and confidence. You could add another back exercise to the pull day. Maybe a chest supported row or dumbbell row.

A think you're at a stage where you would benefit from dropping the reps a bit on at least one of your sets. Could do it like your bench press there where your first set was 12 reps. But I wouldn't do 4 sets like you did there.

Yeah I really should be doing more on pullday I’ll add in another movement I’ve been liking the reverse dumbbells flys. I’ve stopped atm though because I don’t want to flare up my lower back during my home move. Because I’ll be screwed lol

My legs are very big compared to my upper body and are alot more lean so admittedly I have been neglecting them. I’m doing them once every 5 workouts at the moment. Push, Pull, Push, Pull, Legs.

Okay, I’ll go for 12 reps on higher weight on the first set and keep the reps in the 20-25 for the rest. Thanks for the feedback 😃

Any dose recommendations? I’m on 3mg a day fasted and I’m looking for improvements in my elbow tendon (torn 10 years ago, had surgery) and arthritic pain in my right knee. From an rugby injury so i only have half a meniscus
You can probably run that dose twice daily if you wanted, or 2mg AM + 2mg PM etc. Once near tricep and once near the knee if the budget allows. I know @HarleyGuy is running 9mg GHK daily and BPC and TB dont really have a max dose. Im at 3.6mg GLOW and moving to 4.8mg AM dose.

How long have you been pinning GLOW? While titrating up (GHK gave me wicked PIP) id get red marks on dose increases. It was almost gone at 3.6mg, but im at 4.8mg now so theres some redness.

It should go away as you body adjusts to it.

I do have hayfever though so it could be a constant flaring from the histamine affect. An antihistamine gets rid of the redness for me but I don’t feel it so I just leave it. I started at 1.2mg and up from there. The co stant histamine effect could probably do it I also rotated between thighs, abs and obliques because i had stand alone BPC for my knee as well.

Big day moving today 23k steps on the watch and I’m carrying everything uphill. So it’s safe to say I’m not missing out on cardio haha. Probably really good for my biceps and posterior chain aswell. I’ll kept my back intact during the process. Last day tomorrow and I hand the keys in to the old place. So I can hopefully go to the gym but tbh I’ll probably go straight to bed haha.

In terms of my PED’s I’ve changed my cjc/ipa to nightly and I’m taking 400mcg. (Slept like a baby) My KLOW is now twice daily around my impacted sites 2mg each injection and I’m taking nad+ 50mg every two days. I should be taking it daily but I’m sick of so much pinning lol. No pip at all on the delt subq injection @LevButlerov.
