Awesome log broski, your doing great. Ive got some herniated discs and i found zircher squats were best for me. Any weight on the shoulders for squating put to much strain on my discs. Maybe give those a try. I use a squat bar pad so the bar doesnt hurt the arms.Daily Log

Back into gear and move half the house pretty much. It’s nice when the weights apply to something that’s practical for me! Office worker here. On another note im getting no back pain at all now, whether it’s the additional back exercises or Klow or maybe even test im not sure but it’s feels good just to feel so competent or able and just trust my joints. I was jumping in and out of my trucks moving things. Where id have to be careful before because I wouldn’t want to aggravate something.
During the drive i got in some time listening the evo podcasts. Lots of solid information that’s really well presented. Got me thinking about cycle ideas for when the fats gone
