Approved Log Road to Master Olympia - Bodybuilder Cycle Log with US-Pharmacies

Good evening everyone!! Hope you all are doing well.

So for this post I wanted to show you guys what I fill out when checking in with my coach. I have check in's every Thursday and I have until 2:00 pm to send in my info and updated pics or I have to do it the next day. I have them sent in by 8:00 am most of the time.

So these are questions pertaining to my steps, nutrition, sleep, strength and performance.

This section below is me giving updates to my weight on a daily basis up until that Thursday for check in's. So these numbers are my morning weight completely dry and after 1st pee when waking up.

I am currently 215bs as of now at 18:42 pm. Calories are 3520 per day along with the compounds and 2 gallons of water.

215lbs as of 18:42 tonight when I stepped on the scale. Need to get up to 225lbs and hold... I'm liking this so far, I'm responding very well to NPP, I really like this compound.

Pretty interesting that you can run 400 test with no AI or EQ/Primo.

@US-pharmacies I do not take a break and the gear from you does help pretty well lol!! I'm already nervous and glad I have more time to add on size and get myself right Alex Carbonara who is a competitor at the Masters is a monster and in his 50's. He's won it the last 2 years I believe.

So once you're win at the Masters and you win, you're then invited to compete at the Open Olympia where he then got 16th place. It was over 50 competitors so if you really count he came in 20th place. So it just shows the level of competition at that very level.

I'll just focus on the things I can control, like adding more size and coming in with nasty conditioning. That's all I can do.

@US-pharmacies I do not take a break and the gear from you does help pretty well lol!! I'm already nervous and glad I have more time to add on size and get myself right Alex Carbonara who is a competitor at the Masters is a monster and in his 50's. He's won it the last 2 years I believe.

This isn't for everyone personally i like stuff for heart health and joint health among other supplementing for digestion. Id add solo tudca or milk thistle for organs and what not N2Guard has that included in it.

The hardest thing I've ever dealt with was when I was on Tren Hex, I was just very annoyed rather easy and could feel myself get aggravated about little stuff quicker than usual. Wasn't lashing out or anything but I could feel the difference. That is the only compound I've ever dealt with anything like that before pertaining to mental changes in a negative way.

So here are the Macros.

Carbs, Protein, and Fats.

Currently at 3500 cals per day up from 2900.

Tren is the nasty stuff, you try microdosing tren ace 10mgs ed? @RawCutlery

on the macros, this is way too low, carbs should be 700 level and protein 280 with fats closer to 80 as you have.
Fiber needs to be past 40 in your case.

You look great, I was asking about your macros, because I struggle with calories, proteins and carbs. I am afraid to eat to much, but I see so many running 3300 hundred calories and I can't wrap my mind around how they are so lean! NOT ME!! I WOULD BLOW UP AND POP!

The hardest thing I've ever dealt with was when I was on Tren Hex, I was just very annoyed rather easy and could feel myself get aggravated about little stuff quicker than usual. Wasn't lashing out or anything but I could feel the difference. That is the only compound I've ever dealt with anything like that before pertaining to mental changes in a negative way.

Oh yes, Trenbolone can affect everyone — it doesn’t take prisoners haha. Even a little sheep can show the face of a wolf on it 🙂. Soon we’ll also be adding @US-pharmacies Trestolone Acetate to the list. From my experience, it doesn’t cause the same kind of symptoms as Tren. 💪

I love NPP, we’ll both deca and NPP! i have never had mental sides on anything other then Tren! I hear people talk about mental issues with deca and such!

Also, just asking — are you experiencing any symptoms of elevated prolactin? With HGH and NPP it can sometimes appear.

Have you ever worked with the herb called chasteberry It’s a great supplement when using compounds that can raise prolactin.

Bro I wanna say a real fast that the Masters in Biology is so freaking cool man. I'm such a fan of the science behind all of this. I'm currently working on my 3rd masters in Kinesiology, Im interested in going the exercise physiology route or Physical Therapy BUT, the Physical Therapy degree requires a PhD and I don't know If Im passionate enough to go any further and write a dissertation. I think I'm damn near burnt out at this point. For me this degree was to help me be a tad bit more knowledgable in bodybuilding, I graduate in about 19 months. Those accomplishments/certificates are pretty stellar!!.

Not having any prolactin issues at all, and for me I rotate between left and right cheek M-W-F.

With HGH I do the left or right side of the stomach at 2.5 morning and 2.5 nighttime as you suggested.

@RawCutlery Wow, one thing that's cool is the amount of water that you drink per day. Two gallons is a lot. But with all the gear you're taking and the workouts you put in, it's not a bad idea to load up on the water.

I need to have more of a sweep when I hit my side chest pose, its not good enough as of now to be competitive. I'll definitely take this time and do as much as I can before the Masters Olympia.

what's your favorite movement on quad day?
I'm really getting into bulgarians more and more but they beat me up a lot as I get really bad back pumps in my lower back.

This is on the left side of my lower back.

So something must off a little with my balancing or something, I have to wait between sets and stretch. Once it goes a way Im good but the pump is very intense. I do love leg day though.

Was riding in my vehicle and I heard a big BANG on the side of my door. I was like dang, did something hit my door. I'm looking at my side mirrors and I didn't see anything, I try to let my window up to be sure everything is good and the window wouldn't let up. I think it came off tract, mind you it was raining... 😫😫 a hard rain at that.

Good Friday, and a good workout it was!! Hitting legs for the 2nd time this week to really build on the quads, hammies calves and of course the quad and hammy sweeps.

I'm liking where this is going but of course there is always room for improvement. I feel strong, endurance is there and I'm able to really push through my workouts and Im not gassed. I've worked very hard to get to this point, as in the beginning of last year, I just couldn't push as hard and I'd feel it throughout the middle of the workout. I would finish but I kept saying when am I gonna catch that 2nd wind, and it now seems to be here.

Out of all the products I'm taking my favorite would most certainly be the the base of it all being the Test P, I just respond really well to the fast acting esters. My blood pressure is on point, at 121/68, my libido is on point along with healthy erections, great mood/ energy, and a good amount of sleep as well.

I love the NPP, Tren Ace, HGH, and everything else Im taking but I absolutely am a great responder to the fast acting ester of Test P. Thank you again to @US-pharmacies for you professionals and all that you do for the community.

I have somewhat been dealing with something since my food intake went up. I feel like at times there is food that is stuck in my chest, like right in the center. I know it's not acid reflex as I've had and deal with that from time to time. IDK if this is what heartburn is or what, but It's as if its just sitting there and I can't get it to wash down. Has anyone ever experienced this phenomenon. Literally hours after eating I can feel it in my chest just sitting there, I just wanna be sure what it is so I can deal with this accordingly. Thank you in advance for your help here.

I've had this reported to me by those using Tren enough that I think it maybe could be that but it could be a bunch of things too. When did it start and have you added anything new to the diet?
Try eating a banana and some baking soda when you feel this coming on.

Happy Easter Monday everyone, I'm headed to the VA in order to get evaluated to try to see what's going on with this pain in my chest, and also how the food seems to get stuck in the esophagus. I know the food is not literally getting stuck in my chest, it just feels that way.

It's really painful and the only thing that helps is Pepto Bismol.. Hope they can figure it out, I'll be getting evaluated the next 2-3 days. I was able to get a workout in this morning very early, which I'm very grateful of.

It's really painful and the only thing that helps is Pepto Bismol.. Hope they can figure it out, I'll be getting evaluated the next 2-3 days. I was able to get a workout in this morning very early, which I'm very grateful of.
