So for this post I wanted to show you guys what I fill out when checking in with my coach. I have check in's every Thursday and I have until 2:00 pm to send in my info and updated pics or I have to do it the next day. I have them sent in by 8:00 am most of the time.
So these are questions pertaining to my steps, nutrition, sleep, strength and performance.

This section below is me giving updates to my weight on a daily basis up until that Thursday for check in's. So these numbers are my morning weight completely dry and after 1st pee when waking up.
I am currently 215bs as of now at 18:42 pm. Calories are 3520 per day along with the compounds and 2 gallons of water.

215lbs as of 18:42 tonight when I stepped on the scale. Need to get up to 225lbs and hold... I'm liking this so far, I'm responding very well to NPP, I really like this compound.

Bed time around 10:00 pm with C-Pap, I sleep hard and deep because of our friends at @US-pharmacies.
I've bumped up the Test P, NPP, Anavar, and HGH, and I feel good upon waking. Energy is there and my strength has gotten better, I have very good deep sleeps and I'm eating about 5-6 times a day right now. I get to have a cheat meal throughout the week as well
