Good afternoon from Florida everyone, I can tell you one thing for sure... Winter is over!! It's hot as hell outside. lol

This season isn’t just another prep, it’s a reset, a rebuild, and a deliberate march forward. I’m gearing up for multiple shows this year, using them as calculated warm-ups while keeping my eyes locked on the long-term objective: Masters Olympia.

IMG_6577 2.webp

Everything I’m doing right now is about stacking advantages, refining weak points, and arriving on that stage as the most complete version of myself I’ve ever presented.

Last year tested me in ways that had nothing to do with the gym. It was heavy, personal life hit hard from multiple directions at once. My mom is now in a better place, which brought both peace and perspective. I also went through the emotional gut punch of discovering my fiancé was cheating on me, something that forces you to reevaluate trust, priorities, and your own resilience. On top of that, I totaled my vehicle, which felt like the universe piling on for good measure.

What I learned is simple, but powerful: Control what you can control.

Training became my anchor. Nutrition became my structure. Recovery became non-negotiable. I leaned into routine not as an escape, but as a way to reclaim order when everything else felt chaotic. That mindset still drives me.

I’m back to training six days per week with precision and intent. Back, chest, and legs are all being hit three times weekly, because those are the foundations that move you up the lineup. The focus areas are clear, arms need to be bigger, legs thicker with more detailed, and back wider/denser. I’m not far off, it’s just about execution and time under tension.

Food is treated like fuel with a purpose. I’m currently consuming around 3500 calories per day to support the workload, recovery, and growth required at this level. There’s also a strong possibility of being sponsored by a meal prep company, which would be a huge asset in managing the volume and consistency needed to perform at my best. When the margins are this tight, consistency isn’t optional it’s everything.

Health is the baseline that makes all of this possible. Recent blood work came back very strong, which is exactly where it needs to be heading into a demanding season. I’m genuinely thankful to @US-pharmacies for their professionalism and commitment to doing things the right way. I’ve always responded well to their products, and I value their discretion, reliability, and punctual delivery. When you’re serious about competing, those details matter more than people realize.

The training split is structured and relentless, but sustainable:

Monday: Quads.
Tuesday: Chest, Shoulders, Arms
Wednesday: Posterior (Back & Hamstrings)
Thursday: Shoulders, Arms, Chest.
Friday: Legs
Saturday: Back & Biceps.
Sunday: REST

I plan to continue competing in both Open and Masters divisions. The goal isn’t just participation, I want first callouts in Open. I’ve already proven I’m close.

So far I’ve placed 9th out of 17 competitors at one show and 8th out of 15 at another. That’s not discouraging it gives me confirmation that I’m right there. A few targeted improvements, sharper conditioning, and continued maturity in my presentation are all that separate me from moving up in any lineup.
Screen Shot 2025-12-12 at 14.38.44.webp

This year is about momentum and turning adversity into leverage. About showing up better each week than the last, and trusting the process even when it’s uncomfortable. I’m excited, focused, and grateful to still be standing stronger, wiser, and more driven than ever. The work is being done, and the results are coming.

Please follow along

I’ll be taking out Mast P, and adding NPP this time around, this will actually be my 1st time running NPP.
Excited to see how I respond to it.

Current weight is 198lbs… I plan to get up to 225-230lbs, I was 215lbs last year before I cut down so I’m sure I can touch 225lbs, just curious how I’ll carry it.

Compounds are as followed:
Test P: 400mg (Mon-Wed-Fri)
NPP: 400mg (Mon-Wed-Fri)
HGH: 5iu’s (5 nights a week)
Anavar: 50mg (Mon-Fri)

Thank you for your support, and thank you to @US-pharmacies

Incredible bro! Your shape and presence in the line up looks killer

What I learned is simple, but powerful: Control what you can control.
This is why I’ve always looked up to you in this lifestyle. You’ve always kept this mindset, as long as I’ve known you, and basically said this when I asked you about myself competing. Following this and you until the wheels fall off my guy!

@RawCutlery it is awesome to see you on here as part of the family. I like how you lay out what you're taking. A lot of people always want to know what the competitors are using so this is a great little way to give us a peek of not only what you're taking but everything else.

Current weight is 198lbs… I plan to get up to 225-230lbs, I was 215lbs last year before I cut down so I’m sure I can touch 225lbs, just curious how I’ll carry it.

Compounds are as followed:
Test P: 400mg (Mon-Wed-Fri)
NPP: 400mg (Mon-Wed-Fri)
HGH: 5iu’s (5 nights a week)
Anavar: 50mg (Mon-Fri)

Thank you for your support, and thank you to @US-pharmacies
You are looking tremendous in your pictures. @RawCutlery good to see another strong competitor on here. We expect some big things out of you. I'm looking forward to following your progress. I want to especially see what kind of steroids you decide to add after you do the NPP.

Screen Shot 2025-12-12 at 14.37.42.webp

@RawCutlery you certainly look like you know what you're doing. A true champion is easy to spot and that is what you are. What I like about you is your strong muscles and you are ripped. Keep it up.

I usually, start taking tren when the upcoming show is closer, like 12 weeks out being that it's so harsh on the endocrine system.

You are looking tremendous in your pictures. @RawCutlery good to see another strong competitor on here. We expect some big things out of you. I'm looking forward to following your progress. I want to especially see what kind of steroids you decide to add after you do the NPP.

I've bumped up the Test P, NPP, Anavar, and HGH, and I feel good upon waking. Energy is there and my strength has gotten better, I have very good deep sleeps and I'm eating about 5-6 times a day right now. I get to have a cheat meal throughout the week as well.

Hello, my friend,

Off-topic, but when I saw the place where you do your form checks — you know, the bathroom 😄 — it reminded me of the early days of training and doing daily form checks in the bathroom :):):)

Greetings,

Your physique is pretty stellar, may I ask about your choice of compounds????
I've used just about everything throughout my career. You can definitely check out my log though to see my last couple cycles.

Good morning from Florida everyone, I had a situation happen in the gym this morning, when I was engaging in chest, shoulders and arms.

I was doing lateral raises with 45lbs dumbbells and I heard a pop followed a very sharp pain. Lately I've been sleeping on my side and that began to cause more pain and soreness on both sides of my deltoids. Today was kind of a freak accident, I've never dealt with that before, I wasn't struggling with the weight, but it also wasn't light. I couldn't lift my arm at all without a sharp pain and now it's seemed to have dissipated a little as it's sore but I can move it around as normal.

Using bio-freeze as it acs as a form of cryotherapy (cold therapy) to relieve pain. The active ingredient in Biofreeze is menthol, which stimulates cold receptors in the skin to create a cooling sensation. This acts as a counterirritant, masking the pain signals sent to the brain.

It's feeling a little better, but it certainly freaked me the hell out this morning...

213lbs, steady climbing the scale here :-)

Since I left that comment I've actually checked out your profile, I'm always impressed with the knowledge that everyone has on these forums.
Thanks for that. I appreciate you as well.

prolactin control with Vitamin E? :D @eazy_
Prolactin is an interesting topic. Everyone wants to get rid of it, but in reality it’s a hormone that protects us from chronic stress 🙂. When it comes to natural ways to lower prolactin that actually work, vitamin B6 (P-5-P) 25-50mg and chasteberry 500- 1000 mg are the best options — there really isn’t anything better. @LevButlerov

Good morning everyone, so yesterday I was not able to edit the post in which I uploaded because Im not a moderator, so I couldn't edit. What I was trying to say was I the acromioclavicular area is where I had the pop and the sharp pain thereafter. I was not able to lift my arm for a while and the initial pain/pop came from later raises with 45lbs dumbbells.

@eazy_

Vitamin E is one of those behind-the-scenes operators. It doesn’t build muscle directly like protein, but it protects the machinery that lets you build muscle. Vitamin E is a fat-soluble antioxidant. Antioxidant just means it helps neutralize unstable molecules, free radicals. Free radicals are produced during hard training especially heavy lifting, high volume, and conditioning work. The harder you train, the more oxidative stress your body produces.

Vitamin E lives inside your cell membranes. Think of it like body armor for your muscle cells. It helps protect the lipid (fat) layer of your cells from oxidative damage during hard training. It may help with recovery, heavy sessions create microtrauma and oxidative stress. Vitamin E helps limit excessive damage so recovery stays efficient.

@Dreamer and anyone who is curious these are the macros.

Carbs: 323
Proteins: 262
Fats: 90
Fiber: 26

@Yuri

I'm 5'7 and 3/4 so almost 5'8, so my stage weight is 192lbs, as for classic physique height standards I am measured at 5'7. So the plan is to get up to 230lbs but not be a fat 230lbs be a lifting somewhat solid 230lbs and then cut down to 192lbs and be utterly disgusting on stage :-)

Happy Friday everyone, 2 more hard days and then a day of rest. I was 211lbs on the scale this morning.

So today was leg day, and I pushed very hard. I'm also feeling very strong, as 500lbs via squat didn't feel as heavy as it has previously. I do deal with pumps that can be incredibly strong though.

This is specifically on arm, leg, and back day.

On arm and back day my lower back gets super tight, this comes from any bending back movement. When doing Leg Press, Squats, and DB lunges, my legs are done from the overall day but during those exercises my legs feel like they're going to explode because blood flow in the local area, same with my lower back. I also wear a brace when squatting and deadlifting, and I still get them. During rest periods I'll stretch to help the area that is dealing with that a major blood flow in an area

I know it's from the Anavar, I'm aware how it gives you really good pumps. Didn't know It would be this intense at 50mg per day. I'm impressed, as I've never dosed anavar this high before. I was always in the mindset of 20-30mg.

I'm sure everyone here knows what takes place during a pump, at least the 3 main areas, but for those who have not, I'll give a quick explanation for it.

1st:
Vasodilation, our blood vessels widen. Nitric oxide (NO) is released and that little gas molecule tells arteries to relax so more blood can rush in.

2nd:
Metabolite buildup, so as we do reps, we accumulate lactate, hydrogen ions, and inorganic phosphate. That buildup pulls water into muscle cells, this process is called cell swelling. The muscle literally expands like it’s being inflated.

3rd:
Venous restriction, during contractions, especially high repetitions work, the muscle squeezes its own veins. Blood gets in easier than it gets out, it pools. That’s why the muscle looks fuller and tighter.

Insane traps! Your whole back has some nice size, its good to have a solid vendor you can trust

Screen Shot 2025-12-12 at 14.37.42.webp

Wow you have an incredible physique bro. I never would've pegged you for a master's competitor cuz you look too young for that.

NPP is my favorite. Hope you enjoy it too and have a successful bulk

Man, looking freaking amazing brother! I really want to see if I can set it up to come see you at that show. It's in st. pete correct? That is literally right down the road from me. If I don't compete there as my first show, I'd at least love to come see you compete and see how things are set up at a show for the future!

I've bumped up the Test P, NPP, Anavar, and HGH, and I feel good upon waking. Energy is there and my strength has gotten better, I have very good deep sleeps and I'm eating about 5-6 times a day right now. I get to have a cheat meal throughout the week as well.

Thanks @US-pharmacies for quality gear, I have never had an allergic reaction, I've never gotten "fake" gear, I've always had good experiences. I have and will continue to respond very well from these quality compounds. Lastly delivery is always fast and very discreet. Thank you for your professionalism and also your hospitality.
Nice leg workout there mate. 500lb squats feeling light

Looking really good in the photo!

My friend, what do you think about adding 20 mg of Anavar on rest days?
And splitting GH into two doses — have you thought about taking 2 IU pre‑workout,
so you can really hit the post‑workout window?

Increasing simple carbs after training to fully take advantage of GH?
And a higher amount of protein in the post‑workout meal, at least on heavy training days.
You know, it’s just a thought I had.

And on non‑training days, are you still using 6 IU of GH?
I’m just thinking out loud.

Have you ever checked your glucose in the morning — how does it look after taking 5 IU before bed?
Just with a simple glucometer.
I’m curious how it looks in the morning on an empty stomach.

Tell me — how is your sleep? Do you get deep sleep?
When you wake up in the morning, do you feel fully charged?
I’m asking because it’s interesting with carbs at dinner and GH 🙂
How does glycogen get stored in the muscle?

Sorry for so many questions, but I’m really interested 🙂
And here I have info straight from the source 🙂

@RawCutlery
I would consider 20mg of anavar on rest days.

As far as the HGH I was taking 5iu's at 7:00pm at night and have a very deep sleeps. I wake up feeling very rested and charged for the day, I do not feel sluggish at all. I actually do take my glucose reading in the morning and it's at 89 right now. I was at 105, and dropped to 101, got in the 90's and then dropped down to 89.

On non-training days I do not, I do not take HGH or Anavar. I've been taking 50mg's of Anavar 5 days a week and off on the weekends. I will definitely consider taking it twice per day as far as the doses.

Thank you for reaching out and picking my brain, I love this and I would for sure take heed to any advice as I know how knowledgable you are and your experience is very impressive.

Pertaining to the glycogen getting stored in the muscles. When I eat carbohydrates at night, they’re broken down into glucose, which then raises blood sugar and triggers insulin release.

So even at night, as long as insulin is present and total carb intake is sufficient, my muscles can still replenish glycogen, HGH may slightly alter how efficiently glucose is handled, but it doesn’t stop glycogen storage when carbs are consumed. At least that's the methodology I've been following for quite some time now.

:-)

I tried splitting gh dose before... the pre-workout gh.. does that need to be IM to work correctly?

20mgs anavar is good on rest days but not always I prefer it preworkout sublingual :D

Good morning everyone!!! Scale this morning said 215lbs!!!!!!!!

So as of now the regimen has all been the same, and I'm consuming more food. I've upped the compounds just a tad as well as the HGH and I will now begin to do a morning dose and an evening dose of HGH. So I'll do 2.5 in the morning and 2.5 at night when I was previously just doing 5iu's at night.

I feel great, I wake up rested and ready to go, my blood pressure is solid as well as my glucose in the mornings. The only negative things I'm dealing with is oily skin, my face and my body overall just feels very oily so I break out a little but nothing bad, just a few on my face and under the pectorals and then a couple on my back. Nothing extreme, and we all know this is a part of the game. I'm just sure to shower more frequently and I do sweat a bit more than what I was. I like it though, and for me getting good sweat in the gym just shows that I pushed myself.

Areas of focus will continue to be my latts, my quads, my overall back and chest. I like where my arms are going, they have improved over time and I need my vacuum to pop a bit more to have the illusion of a smaller waist. I've also been thinking that If I feel I can't be competitive in Classic Physique then I will switch to 212. I just feel in my heart that I truly can stand on stage with these guys and with proper improvements I can beat these guys. I say that 100% with no arrogance at all. So remember I've only done 2 pro shows via open, 1st show was last year in August and I place 8th out of 16, in the Atlanta Pro, I felt like I should have been in the top 6. I was told I needed more size by the judges. Then I did the Hurricane Pro open and masters... I placed 9th out of 15 at this and was told I needed to be more peeled...

This is so damn frustrating because you're hearing different things from different judges at different shows. This also shows us how subjective it can be. In Masters I won my category but I really want to make 1st call out and win an open show. That is the goal for myself.

@RawCutlery nice man, I know it's tough because in bodybuilding it's the whole judge thing. I've never really liked that type of thing because it's really tough to determine who won or not. A lot of times people don't agree with what the judges say.

Any chance you add in some proviron? I know you're already running anavar. @RawCutlery but proviron is a really good one. It has a lot of good benefits in any stack but especially with deca.

This is some championship-level stuff right here. You look like an absolute boss. Your hamstrings are absolutely huge man. I bet you played running back and you ran over people with those legs. @RawCutlery

I'd like to see the camera at a lower angle
You're one of the strongest men I've ever seen in my life. Your numbers are ridiculous... I have a love for power lifting and also bodybuilding. I've always wanted to look like a lifter rather than just having a nice physique. Johnny Jackson is my one of my favorite bodybuilders as he looks like a animal and also trains like one. He and Branch Warren were the epitome of training hard and maximizing their effort, you're are of the same make up. Salute sir!! I'll lower the camera tomorrow for check ins.

So these are questions pertaining to my steps, nutrition, sleep, strength and performance.

had to google

please tell me what vitamin e does for you.
please tell me what form of magnesium you use? thank you.
What's up sir!! I take Natures Bounty magnesium at 500mg per. I have to take 1500 mg per day as that helps me to not cramp up.

What kind of magnesium is this? Do you have it on the packaging? This is quite important — let me know.

@eazy_ @RawCutlery @US-pharmacies

Can you post what the magnesium is paired with as a salt/chelate for the readers? I think that's what @eazy_ and @US-pharmacies was wondering and I'd be curious too (ie: glycinate, malate, lactate, etc.)
