Had to use left over low fat mozz, so made a high protein grilled cheese, with mozz and cottage cheese. It was solid.

Little low on fat. Being called out to an emergency at work on Sunday night, so I'm going to pin the Deca on Sunday instead of Monday, as I dont want to bring it on the plane. Will post starting pics tomorrow.

Warmed up, completed the below. 30 mins on treadmill, zone 2 HR. trying to fix a bit of an imbalance in power from left to right leg, so added in Single Leg Squats to try even those out.

Diet
Had mates over for dinner, tracked it well with some homemade pizza. I add extra gluten into the dough and use lots of low fat mozz to up the protein content. Increasing calories as getting ready to start bulk. Protein Bars are not normal for me, but needed something on the go.

Kind of messed up the diet a bit this day. Picked up a pack of 50grams of Walnuts and forgot to record it. Then only remembered at the end of day. So overshot fat and total cals. Goal ta the moment is 2700 cals, working my way up to 3000.

Feeling good one week into Deca. I am getting a bit of acne on my shoulders/chest, which I need to keep an eye on. My knees are a bit buggered after the run on the weekend, so I'm hoping the Deca fixes those joints.

Put 1.6kg on this week. Abs feel like they are slowly disappearing (althought progress pics below don't show that well). I'm guessing most of this weight is water weight.

I didn't post an update over the weekend.

I was away with work attending a half marathon. I ran on Saturday, ate like a horse afterwards and on Sunday. Wasn't recording my intake, but I ate very clean, well over 200grams protein each of those two days.

Recovery has gone well and back into it today (Monday). Post below.

Wasnt quite a full marathon, just a half. And na not even close to the front. Im pretty shit at running.

I carbed up quite well on Friday and post run on Saturday.

am strict vegetarian, I eat eggs + milk products but no fish. Omega 3s are something I need to be very careful about
You have a good physique! Clearly being vegetarian is going decently for you. I met a vegan once who was in great shape. There are many of them, and many who are not in great shape despite seemingly doing everything they can. But this guy in particular, he ate oysters. In his opinion they aren’t really animals as they have no central nervous system. And I feel like they are really really good for you. You eat eggs, perhaps salmon roe is on the menu for you, or some other caviar?
Seems like you’re doing great, if these ideas don’t sit well with you, please ignore them. I definitely feel like they’ve been a benefit to me. I don’t digest plants very well, no matter what I’ve tried and who ever I have listened to. It’s improved and I do eat them now, but it’s just a fraction of my diet.

You supplement straight potassium? I’m terrified of this. I had elevated potassium last summer that gave me arrhythmia and I thought I may have had a heart attack. My kidney function is not excellent as I had undiagnosed high blood pressure for a while, years ago. You are confident that you need this and it’s safe? So many primer have told me to be careful with potassium supplements

This is super interesting.

I eat oysters because of the no CNS thing. But they're not cheap haha.

The fish eggs is another good idea. But a lot of vegos don't eat fish eggs because the fish has to die for the eggs to be harvested. I think I've read that some caviar is somehow made without killing the fish.... If I came across that caviar I'd definitely give it a go.

190kg x 2 top set is massive brother. 💪 How did it move? No need to jump to 200kg next week. Progressively make your way there if needed. I personally am happy to jump in 2.5kg intervals.. But if we moved easy today, then go for it !
Thanks mate, it moved well. After i finished the set i definitley felt like i would have been successful with a 200kg. But didnt want to push it this session.

Hey bros, I got really sick after my last update. Got hit with the flu on Saturday then my daughter brought home a stomach bug that wiped out the whole family on Monday. Ended up going to the emergency room for IV fluids on Tuesday as a family (Fun outing), because we couldn't hold any liquids down.

Dropped from 88kg down to 83.4kg in 3 days.

Been working up to put on some weight. Hit the gym for the first time on Friday but only just managed to get calories to where I want them today.

Sunday Rest Day. Focused on resting up to try get over this sickness. almost there.

Hit my goal in cals and exceeded protein. Starting to feel better.

Creatine 25 g, Omega 3 capsules (algae), CoQ10, NAC, Magnesium, Bergamot Extract, Astragalus Root, general electrolytes, Apple Cider Vinegar, Probiotics, 10g psyllium husk. Magnesium Glycinate + L-Theanine at night, added in 2g Glycine and its helped sleep alot.
