Saturday - Back
Warmed up, completed the below. 30 mins on treadmill, zone 2 HR.
Diet
Had to use left over low fat mozz, so made a high protein grilled cheese, with mozz and cottage cheese. It was solid.
Supplements
Creatine 20 g, Omega 3 capsules (algae), CoQ10, NAC, Magnesium, Potassium, Bergamot Extract, Astragalus Root, general electrolytes, Apple Cider Vinegar, probiotics, 10g psyllium husk, split in 2 doses.
Overall
Little low on fat. Being called out to an emergency at work on Sunday night, so I'm going to pin the Deca on Sunday instead of Monday, as I dont want to bring it on the plane. Will post starting pics tomorrow.
Gear
250mg x Sus250/week.
