Today's diet and no excersize it was a test day.

Good day but protein can go up.

how is your infrared lamp?
I am doing both lamp localized. I guess it's coming along good. No complains. I realized I forgot to add my breakfast protein shake in the c log after adding i am up to 273g protein

Nice workout mate. I'm a big fan of back extensions. Very underrated exercise!
Thank you bruh, just trying to stay active and moving brother. Haven't really hit upper body since December, there is only a few stations I can hit in the gym so making the most of it till complete recovery happens.

I love checking in on you @rayray01 and look at you just humming along through all the ups and downs still. You're in such good hands with @LevButlerov and you look great. I remember suggesting collagen to you way back when and look at you still getting it in!

Your updates are really detailed and consistent - great work! Your volume is really dialed in especially on legs, 20 rep sets with multiple exercises is pretty impressive bro.

Thank you. Man my legs are still chicken stick legs i guess i will add mass when i go on bulk. We'll i do not take any clients. I learned and got certified as a personal trainer for my own improvement sake. The only person I will ever be training will be my daughter and myself. I enjoy my IT career way to much to switch from it. Lol @HarleyGuy

I sure hope you are right. Currently i am 12lbs less than the lowest ideal weight for my age and height. Hopefully by the time I hit 128lbs this remain belly fat is gone. That is all want. Can't wait till get back to properly working out abs and upper body man. 2 to 3 months now they say... I am praying it is less than that.

Has anyone used ahk-cu?? It is also suppose to help with hair growth also counter dht effects which may help folks who may he experiencing hair loss due to dht derived aas... I am just asking coz my bald ass may try to see if it helps grow in some new hairs??

I have some but haven’t researched it enough yet but I like the idea of it for sure. It’s like a more targeted GHK for hair.

Love seeing your protein near 300g nice macro breakdown and good food choices!

As for the loose skin I have it too and after all is said and done surgery gets rid of the really stubborn leftover sag.

Surgery, hmmm... that is another expense.... lol it never ends... and that would be out of pocket too coz it is not deemed essential here under insurance.... lol I am hoping i do not need that. If I wanted to pay for it inwould gotten liposuction and ab sculpting and excess skin removal all in all... lol that would have been the easy way out. But chose working out and doing it the right way as it will improve my health and build discipline along with it. Otherwise may get it done in India or Thailand or turkey, places like that...

Yea man I was looking for peptides for loose skin, all there is is ghk cu, red l8ght therapy and retinol lotion. All my hope is tied to these three so far. Lol. I really do not wish to get surgery and spend bunch of money after doing all the hard work but do not want lots of losses skin hanging killing the look either.. damn if I do damn if I dont.

I mean can I not run a higher decifit dip more waking not talking about starting a cycle or doing upper body excersizes but some little stuff that I add to my current routine that v will help us start to work our way there. @LevButlerov

right now we should change nothing at least for 2 mo as you fully 100% recover so we dont get into shoulder surgery #3 situation :D
 
@rayray01 how are you doing with your injury situation? When do you think you'll be close to 100% again?
I am doing well brother. 1 minth after 2nd surgery now. Rehab is coming along good. Taking things slow. I believe another 4-6 weeks till i start with light weights. From there i believe upto me to slowly ramp up, full capacity weight training probably 4-5 months in total, so somewhere around July or August i. This is based on other friends of mine who went thru same surgery. I am praying and hoping I can cut it down to 3-4 months because I live a more active lifestyle than they did and also in better shape than they were. @ROIDDERS

Just for now or going forward even on cycle?? Coz uninitiated we were doing close to 350 then during surgery abs recovery dropped to 250 now that recovery from surgery is done just in going physio hence slowly increasing it. Please advice?? @LevButlerov

you should be doing under 250 tbh for your size now post surgery 200-220 is enough @rayray01

Thank you, I have been injecting ghk-cu and mixx9ng collagen peptide with my protein shake. Please advise on am6 thst may believe will be helpful with loose skin. @ceo
Bros, that's a good mix right there. GHK is a classic peptide for that purpose.

Yes sir added boiled egg and little bit of asparagus this time see how that goes for me. Pretty much on cruise control when it comes to diet and meal prep and excersize man just waiting to start ramping things up in about 6 weeks time

Can't wait to have my first proper cycle this time and hit things hard and gain some lost ground. So will be aggressive in chasing to get back to my normal lifting and stregth in upper body from the word go bro.

Hgh - 5 iu before bed
L carnitine - 3000mg before gym.

If this does not get me there may as dnp.

What change do I need to make from diet side of things. Abs if gym routine change you recommend.

Its go v time for fat burning brother.

The answer is a hard no! right now you are recovering from surgery, last time you went the wrong way we had to redo surgery please dont use anymore than the standard TRT+ we are doing now for sometime
we need to see you 100% recovered posts surgery then we can cut trust me :D @rayray01
