Are there issues with NapsGear right now? I’ve seen a few threads on here that don’t look too great. The reason I’m asking is because there’s a few great deals I’d love to hop on ASAP but I’m hesitant to pull the trigger with some of the complaints I’m seeing. I dont think there are issues @Knapp10991 but like any big company they have issues with so many orders so some fall through the cracks.
lets say you have 100,000 customers and 1% has issues thats 1000 people with issues to us its a lot of people but to them its 1%

napsgear handles a buttload of orders monthly. you tend to hear only the complaints, just like any high volume business. which are 100% of the time resolved and are simple issues that are not their fault.
so yes you are fine using them. i order from them all the time and so do my trusted clients including pros and we are all 100% happy

I love me some Naps here. At the end of the day sometimes things happen beyond their control. They'll get it straightened out either way.

100% you will get what you pay for or a store credit if things go sideways. It may take a month, it may take 3 months. It may take support cases and it will definitely take jasonhill to help. Be prepared for the worst and hopefully you’ll end up on the better side of that. That’s been my personal experience across 9+ orders in the past year.

In all honesty, naps as well as their rep jason have been great to me. Every time I had a question or issue, the support team & @jasonhill800 always reached back to me.

Sure you can run into issues, but if you have all your receipts , communications on point with alittle drive to getting it resolved and abit patience. Youll get sorted out …always. I saw all the reddits and negative shit about naps, i still chose to ignore because at the time, I had a source that ended up burning me way worse than I ever been burnt. My fault. But I chose naps. And i would choose it again.

You’re not buying BAC water from amazon , theres no one night delivery. lmfaoo If ya gotta wait. Make sure you are stocked up before hand. ( waiting sucks when you are dry, prepare before incase you are gonna be waiting bit longer than usual) That way you dont make it your life supply waiting on your emails or a response back lol
