Hey all, first time poster and first time ordering from Napsgear.

I ordered 3x 36ui Genotropin cartridges on 2/24, received the package on 3/09, but it contained 3x 16ui cartridges instead. (less than half the dosage I paid for)

To provide an update on this one, I was told my order would be reshipped, and a shipping number was provided. Tracking indicates the label was created 15 days ago (on March 20th) but USPS is still waiting to receive the item for shipping.

I originally paid for 3x 36iu cartridges (108 ius total @ $870), and I've received 3 x 16 iu cartridges (first incorrect shipment amount) + 36 iu cartridge (second shipment) = 84ius total.

So I'm still short 24 ius from my original purchase on 2/24 for a domestic US order. No real communication that the order was still going to be short, just that "your order was reshipped". Not a great first experience with Napsgear, tbh.

Yes, received the package and I'm still short on what I originally paid for. I paid for 108 ius total. You guys only sent 48 ius in the first shipment, then 36 ius in the second shipment I just received (84ius of 108ius paid for). So I'm still short 24 ius of what I originally paid for.
