Problems with cancelled orders, payment and refund…

I posted this in the source talk forum as well but wanted to post here to make sure this gets looked at…
Two weeks ago I ordered several products from NapsGear , and paid via debit card.
Payment went through immediately, the money was debited from my account immediately.
A few days later I get a notification from NapsGear saying my order was cancelled because of out of stock products, but they never stated which products were out of stock.
Filed a “ticket” for a refund only to get a store credit…
So, I ordered several more products that were in stock (I even took a screen shot) and used my store credit plus my debit card again. This time the pay7was pending for several days only for NapsGear to tell me my payment couldn’t be processed.
Money is in the bank and NapsGear never debited my account like the first time.
What gives? Filing a ticket with them is cumbersome and this whole thing is getting ridiculous. Can someone from NapsGear reach out and explain what the issue is?
At this point I don’t want a store credit, I want a full refund…

sorry to hear this, I don't know if napsgear does refunds due to crypto, most sources don't @Darlingmaster its not like amazon, it's steroids.
why dont you buy something else?

Every source has products out of stock, man. Why don't you blame the real culprit which is the stupid tariffs?

Napsgear is one of the top sources in the world. So I'm not sure what happened here, but it's not their fault man. Give them a chance to fix the confusion.

Bros Napsgear is a good source. Give them a chance to fix whatever is going on here. Lots of things out of stock right now. It's not their fault every source has same issues.

Napsgear has been in business for a long time, man. We're talking 20 or 25 years. They haven't stayed in business by ripping people off. They'll get this situated man. Just give them a chance.
 
It’s not just about being out of stock…
I sent a “ticket” to NAPSGEAR as well as a dm through this site and haven’t heard a peep.
 
That's a frustrating situation, man. Dealing with order issues can be a real headache. Hopefully, someone from NapsGear sees this and gets it sorted out for you quickly.
