Cancel order after payment Napsgear

hi all, just placed my first order with naps and have two problems - one is I accidentally ordered the wrong brand, and the other is I meant to get it domestic but it’s actually international. I don’t need a refund but store credit would be solid.

I placed the order last night and sent in a ticket this morning. Someone got back but they didn’t seem too confident in being able to cancel my order in time.

Has anyone done the same? Were you able to cancel the order and get store credit or something?

Thank you! Im working with a coach right now and they plan on titrating me up on test, primo, and mast for the offseason. Starting at 400/400 test/primo and adding more primo and mast later.

I purchased 9 vials of both Mastabull Masteron and XT Labs Primoplex. Seems like XT Labs has a lot of bad lab results, and I cant find anything good about Bull Pharma.

Was hoping to get store credit and go with a more reputable UGL (Geneza, Euro-Pharmacies, etc) even if that means not getting the primo right now and just getting a bunch of mast.

You should start a full log here, post your training, diet, weight changes and pics. With that much gear going in, people will want to see how you respond, and you’ll get way more detailed feedback to help you adjust as you go. Easy to do 15min of your time. And easier to get noticed by Naps team this way.

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Sorry, I’m not looking for feedback on training, nutrition, or gear. I have a top coach behind me just was wondering if anyone had any experience with this from naps

bro yo first problem is you bought primo lol. primo for poosies. should go with tren next time but napsgear legit they gonna take care of you

I agree you should definitely start a log @swifteclipse - it works amazingly well pairing your log and forum feedback with a trainer/PT, you can progress really fast and see it all documented. It's so much more powerful than just logging tons of data that just disappears into the computer. The forum can spot all sorts of things we can't which saves us from a lot of trial and error and forward momentum builds quickly here 😀

as long as you didn't pay for it you can simply cancel it yourself. did you already send money?

Fair enough, but if you want solid feedback on napsgear then a log is the only way people can actually give you something useful. Doesn’t matter if you’ve got a coach, guys here like to see the weights you’re hitting, how the macros look, and what your pin schedule is doing over time. A clean log makes it easy for others who’ve run naps to line up their own experience with yours and you’ll get way better replies. :D I don't see why you wouldn't want to share?

(Coming out of prep so reverse dieting)

PEDs: 400/400 test primo, titrating up to 500/500 then adding mast up to 1500mg total

Training split:
Back/biceps

My bad, here’s the actual numbers:

Training days: 234/230/46
Rest days: 231/191/48

Protein is greater than my bodyweight (I compete in classic at 5”8). Fats stay the same year round, and carbs are manipulated. Coming from post show our goal is to slowly reintroduce food and PEDs to set up for a long productive offseason. Trying to not bulk past 12% bodyfat. Way too many guys just start pushing drugs and food way too soon past show and get sloppy then require a 6 month prep

@swifteclipse you're not a VIP on EVO, if you start logging you become VIP, easier to get an answer from napsgear and get a follow up there.
