My recent domestic order from them was only able to be partially filled and shipped. They notified me of this in advance rather than just let me discover it and be pissed off. What they could ship arrived just fine. After promptly communicating with me several times when I asked for updates on if/when the delayed domestic stock would be available again I asked for cancellation and store credit instead so I could simply apply that to an order of different product. They immediately did that with no questions asked and vouchered my account also for free shipping on a new order. I’ve already placed a new order and hopefully I won’t have the same issue. The point is this though, you can count on them to do the right thing.
