Psl canceled my order

I had an order split in two from the list of domestic items.
Half the payment went through, half was rejected, and now I got an email that says my order was canceled.

Why is it so difficult to buy something and not get this type of bullshit!?
Now im out a few bucks and got nothing for it?

Is the few bucks due to Crypto? As in PSL refunded you the FULL amount but the value of crypto went down? That's a two way street meaning they can lose on that every time it doesn't.

Not crypto, I used Venmo and the one payment went through but order was canceled. I cant get money back.

And I ordered from the domestic USA list but they are saying I ordered from a euro list that cannot be sent for whatever reason.
I am grateful the 300+ wasnt taken and I only lost $164 but im still stuck with no Sus250 and no refund, or order to recieve.

Have you contacted PSL (create a ticket)? I can understand why the order wasn't fulfilled if they only had 50% of the value

I paid for 2, payment posted fine. Payment confirmed. Now, im told the price wasnt what I paid...that was not true the price said $ 72 each 10ml vial.
Payment sent with $20 for shipping.
$164 sent.
Not they are saying that isnt enough. Now I have to pay more.

Seeing this on evo is disconcerting. Ive followed and used Evo listed providers years ago.
I thought this spot was the best. I guess it means I have to pay a trt clinic and get robbed by the doctors instead of the scam going on now with this issue.

Have you given one of their reps a chance to look into this? Before we get upset, why don't we make sure that we contact the right people? They will definitely take care of you.

A lot of times we see products go out of stock or maybe a product that was listed is no longer available. This can happen especially now with very low stocks across the board with sources. Just work with them a little bit. They'll get you taken care of.

So I go to the PSL site. What do I see (dated for those paying attention yesterday 5th of Jan):
We resumed USA domestic orders processing, actual order status is in order history.
And for International:
International shipping will resume on January 9,2026

Note the info regarding the dates etc you placed your order (at the very latest the 4th)

Info is page one. Front and centre. Below the above info is pre xmas last dates and so on.

The refund, Venmo issue or loss I know nothing about but the error WAS the on buyer.

After confirming my payment, now they are claiming I didnt send the money I did. So, you can all try to gaslight people and defend your friends. That is fine.

Do you have proof of your claims? For example DMs, ticket info, etc? Zero proof = no faith in your posts.

Do you accept, as I've shown, that you WAS in error for NOT seeing those messages I've pasted above? Or, if you did, ignoring them? Literally based on the date there and when you must have ordered PSL was 100% correct on that you'd chosen incorrectly


And, as has been pointed out, that a company will having been in business for over 2 decades, would suddenly rip JUST YOU off for what most here spend on a weeks food shopping? And why just you? That makes no sense.

It would appear the issue has been resolved and PSL did the right thing by me. I await the shipment and am very happy how it turned out.
They went above and beyond to satisfy my order and were very respectful during the mix up.
I respectfully apologize for my frustration and will put together my research log when all items are recieved and started.
I will be looking up how to blog this experiment properly.
