Update.

Good morning EVO family. Some good stuff and a touch of bad. Almost back to 100% and think I pulled a muscle in my lower back on the right side. Took a day off to rest it and went back this morning. Felt pretty ok until the second exercise. It started trying to tighten back up. Finished the workout and back home on the heating pad. The heat is the only thing that really gives much relief at the moment. But this crap happens sometimes.

I got my new ASV Bipap machine and things are much better. Still getting used to it. But I think it’s going to be a game changer after a month or two of using it.

@BigD9795 I've been hearing a lot of back issues lately from people. It seems to be an epidemic right now. Make sure you're stretching and make sure you keep in some mobility.

Sometimes when you pull a muscle, it is better just to take a break. @BigD9795 I see too many people that hammer away and they use adrenaline to make the pain go away and they end up getting themselves more hurt.

@BigD9795 Sorry to hear about the fluke injury. Maybe do some stretching and mobility work. Hopefully you can get it loosened up.

I can't wait to see you back in the saddle. It's been too long. Hopefully the injuries can just go away. @BigD9795
 
Did legs today. Stretched out for quite a while and rolled out the back for about 10 minutes with one of those like 8” hard foam rollers. It hurt like a b**** for a few minutes but it also seemed to loosen it up the best. Got through the workout with relatively little discomfort. Post workout it’s tightening up a bit. But I think it will be ok. Seems like things like muscle strains just take a while. I avoided anything that would put extra stress on the lower back. So I’m 12 weeks out of hernia repair for my 4 hernias. Finally getting g back to some good training. It takes a minute to get back to lifting shape after being down and light duty for a while. But I’m getting there. Started a TRT+ protocol yesterday. Looking forward to it for a while. Also easing into a mild cut. Time to get rid of some fluff from the last cycle and the surgery down time. This should be good. 😁 Amd since I know @LevButlerov will want to know, I’m adding EP Mast P to my EP Test C. Running it at 140mg Test C, and 300 Mast P EOD. Shouldn’t take too long for the Mast P to start kicking in. Now to get past this muscle strain and let the good times roll.

@BigD9795 give the jury some time man. No need to reinjure what has healed some. Glad to hear the bipap is working well.

yes I will want to know lol :P you know me well @BigD9795 but 300mgs masteron is too much, 1:1 with test is max, you'll crash e2 will hinder your recovery big time. 140mgs testosterone with 100mgs masteron max.

@LevButlerov , I’ve run it before not quite as high. BUT, without AI whether I’m running TRT only at 140mg Test or like in my last cycle where I ran 500 Test/350 Primo, my E2 stays in the low to mid 40’s. Mast should have a lot less effect on my E2 than Primo had on my last cycle. I think I’ll be fine with no AI. Thoughts?

i would add at least 1 aromasin dose /week and test e2 around week 3 :D @BigD9795 its the right move :D

Into shape. Not pushing real heavy yet. Letting the hernia repair solidify and will be pushing harder over the next couple of weeks. Feeling good. The DOMS is there. 🤣 Definitely ready to get these legs conditioned for heavier weights again. ❤️

Into shape. Not pushing real heavy yet. Letting the hernia repair solidify and will be pushing harder over the next couple of weeks. Feeling good. The DOMS is there. 🤣 Definitely ready to get these legs conditioned for heavier weights again. ❤️

Foam rolling really helps for me. I do that and dynamic flexibility before every leg workout.

Nice leg workout mate. Pretty much the same selection and number of exercises that I do.

Yeah. This is my second leg day this week and I focus more on posterior chain for this one. The RDL’s I’m slowly upping the weight. Don’t want to blow out my hernia repair and that lift is one that really seems to test it. Been working up on all the weights so as not to stress the repair too quick. It’s working ok so far.

@BigD9795 brother love your getting in there again my bro. Stay steady though dont over do it, recovery comes first and that doesnt mean progress takes a back seat. You still in there doing what you can where you can and that means you continue to move foward.

Brother, life is crazy right now. My father is in progressive dementia and it’s getting pretty bad. I haven’t had a lot of time to do much of anything. I’m still training but only because I train at 3am. From that point, it’s work, taking care of my dad, and trying to find time just to relax a little. A very good friend of mine from the gym recently had to have surgery. They found a cancerous growth encapsulated around her spinal cord. They had to go get it. It left a 46 year old mother paralyzed from the waist down. Completely and utterly devastated. Been trying to be there for her. She just keeps saying she wants to die. It’s the saddest thing to witness akd to not be able to do anything to help but pray for her and try ti be there to help her the best my wife and I can. But that’s why I haven’t been on here much and may not be too regular for a while. Thank you @LevButlerov for checking in with me.

Easing into a slightly larger deficit and pushing to get rid of some fluff I picked up from my bulk phase I finished in December. Time to get leaner again. I’m sitting right about 15-16% BF at the moment. I’m looking to get back down to about 10-11%.

I don’t like the fluff. Picked up almost 10 pounds of muscle mass on last bulk cycle. But picked up too much fluff. It puts me in a better head space to know I’m handling it. Plus, it’s time to really see the gains. 😉

140 keeps me at around 1050-1100 Total T. Yes, EP sure does! I take 2iu's HGH every evening 30 min before bed. I am just cruising right now and in a slight deficit.

Oh. The next blast is coming. And nothing but EP for me brother. When my last blast finished in December I was on that for 20 weeks. So my plan was to take at least that much time on cruise. Of course I had surgery along the way. But I’m finally back to 100%. I’m wanting to get back to some real training conditioning and also lean up some from the last bulk. Get my body prepped for maximum rebound effect week I start back up. I’m still deciding how I want to structure the next blast. 500 Test/350 Primo/HGH was good to me. But I will likely change it up just a bit. Just haven’t decided how I’m going to do that. I love me some Mast so it might find its way back in there. Really hoping we get Mast back in stock soon. I’ll definitely be sticking back up on that. The next blast won’t be 20 weeks. I found out that it was pretty hard on me the last 3-4 weeks. So I’ll likely only run the next one 14-16 weeks.

I did two primary sets of triceps. 1st to hit the long head. 3 sets normal, 4th Set to failure, then immediately into as many partial reps as I could do (not many at that point). Then the second was to hit the lateral with push downs. Then after the two primary exercises, immediately went into supersets of biceps and triceps.

love to see a blast coming back :D I think you should go with EP for sure as you're Team PSL @PSL @~Vision~ and get an easy blast dont go too high 500s tbh
i would blast with 300mgs test and 50mgs eq to start with HGH pyramid up slow @BigD9795 and we can get to 500 from there

Always a good thing to boost up your muscles. @BigD9795 leave the gym in shatters and then make sure you rest up during the weekend to recover.
