Did legs today. Stretched out for quite a while and rolled out the back for about 10 minutes with one of those like 8” hard foam rollers. It hurt like a b**** for a few minutes but it also seemed to loosen it up the best. Got through the workout with relatively little discomfort. Post workout it’s tightening up a bit. But I think it will be ok. Seems like things like muscle strains just take a while. I avoided anything that would put extra stress on the lower back. So I’m 12 weeks out of hernia repair for my 4 hernias. Finally getting g back to some good training. It takes a minute to get back to lifting shape after being down and light duty for a while. But I’m getting there. Started a TRT+ protocol yesterday. Looking forward to it for a while. Also easing into a mild cut. Time to get rid of some fluff from the last cycle and the surgery down time. This should be good.

@LevButlerov will want to know, I’m adding EP Mast P to my EP Test C. Running it at 140mg Test C, and 300 Mast P EOD. Shouldn’t take too long for the Mast P to start kicking in. Now to get past this muscle strain and let the good times roll.
