I gradually worked up to 40mg. At first I was on the fence, so I quartered the tabs and started with 10, now 40mg is easy and helps with the food noise but I don’t feel like i am on speed.good start to the dayhow do you feel on the clenbuterol? @MarkNV

YES!! This day will be a great day! The hardest is over with! When I did that 120 reps on the cable flys, i was calling out for mommy!! I did 3 sets of 40. I went deep enough to get a little stretch and still keep the shoulder out of it. Brutal brother!!!Love the "mighty var"! Nice smooth energy for the lift - pair it with a coffee and you can break through brick walls!
