taken before fasted LISS bike

Haven’t introduced the insulin yet- I tried my first injection the other day but didn’t prime my pen right and didn’t know if I administered a dose and I’d rather not do 10 iu instead of 5 will try today
Primobolan - is in ampules I just received my 18g blunt fill syringes with 5 micron filter after they got damaged in transit and I had to wait for 2 weeks now I can crack them and fill without thinking of glass in my vg will introduce week 2 at 300mg weekly(M/W/F)

Week went well. Besides opening up all my sites again I feel like a virgin aha. 1 ML daily of the L-carnitine is annoying bled a few times and bent one of the needles coming out.

I’ve been heating up my oils before injection with a coffee warmer to reduce pip and icing before before injection but I stopped cause it doesn’t hurt but I’ve been using a heated up hot & cold compression pad and placing it on injection site cause the L carnitine had me sore

My daily routine - I attached my printout I follow
But what’s not included is the daily stretching 20-30 minutes I use pliability. Current goal is to open up my hips over the next month

My training currently is switched from a 4 day split of chest tri, back bi, Wednesday rest, Thursday legs, Friday shoulder arms
To

Upper body strength focused rpe 10–
6-8 reps / 8/10 accessory movements
Lower body strength focused rpe 10–
6-8 reps / 8/10 on accessory movements
Pull (hypertrophy focused) rpe 10 - reps 8-10, 10-12
Push (hypertrophy focused) same as above
Legs (hypertrophy focused) same as above

Training philosophy- last set of each exercise 10 rpe to be honest I empathize time under tension 35-45 seconds each set and rpe of 10 each working set . if my body and mind aren’t absolutely destroyed and blank by the last rep. where if you asked what my name is I couldn’t answer. im not doing it right
The only way to grow is lift heavier and progressively overload weight. What you want is not in your comfort zone.

I also attached a photo of the insulin pens I use for my GH and peptides and insulin u can get them on AliExpress

Just did my L carnitine injection right VG pip is getting better but I’m having a hard time confidently locating it I think I keep hitting glute if someone can help I’ve watched every vid and for some reason this one is hard to find

Oh arimidex on hand as well if mid cycle blood shows that the primo doesn’t help lower my e2 from 40 I had to argue with this walk in clinic doctor for the bloods he kept saying no he left out my free test but it’s too late now I’m also having an issue with my fiber consumption and the Reta. I take it to early I’m still feeling it in the workout I take it to late I feel bloated in the am. which I don’t want to much fiber before my workouts I’m going to reduce Reta to 1mg I’m having a hard time hitting macros. I’m feeling nauseous and the Reta “depression” where it’s not sadness but a lack of motivation and drive for everything including eating, gyming, lust or maybe it’s all in the head

kinda like a numbing feeling if you were ever on meds or to much ashwagandha. or maybe it’s all in the head
Prep brain
Been on Reta since January titrated from 2mg -4mg- 5mg
The titrate up from 2mg to 4mg week 4 caused me to have the side effect dysesthesia where for 2/3 weeks my skin was hyper sensitive to the touch to compare it like you were sick and every feeling on ur back hurt and body hurt

I see your e2 under 40 thats very low, but what brand primobolan did you use with this?
and final dose what are you pinning now?

I did see your meal plan but thats not ED it should change tbh

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Or use an app like myfitness pal or cronometer. Very easy.

Haven’t introduced the insulin yet- I tried my first injection the other day but didn’t prime my pen right and didn’t know if I administered a dose and I’d rather not do 10 iu instead of 5 will try today
Primobolan - is in ampules I just received my 18g blunt fill syringes with 5 micron filter after they got damaged in transit and I had to wait for 2 weeks now I can crack them and fill without thinking of glass in my vg will introduce week 2 at 300mg weekly(M/W/F)

Week went well. Besides opening up all my sites again I feel like a virgin aha. 1 ML daily of the L-carnitine is annoying bled a few times and bent one of the needles coming out.

I’ve been heating up my oils before injection with a coffee warmer to reduce pip and icing before before injection but I stopped cause it doesn’t hurt but I’ve been using a heated up hot & cold compression pad and placing it on injection site cause the L carnitine had me sore

My daily routine - I attached my printout I follow
But what’s not included is the daily stretching 20-30 minutes I use pliability. Current goal is to open up my hips over the next month

Training philosophy- last set of each exercise 10 rpe to be honest I empathize time under tension 35-45 seconds each set and rpe of 10 each working set . if my body and mind aren’t absolutely destroyed and blank by the last rep. where if you asked what my name is I couldn’t answer. im not doing it right
The only way to grow is lift heavier and progressively overload weight. What you want is not in your comfort zone.

I also attached a photo of the insulin pens I use for my GH and peptides and insulin u can get them on AliExpress

Just did my L carnitine injection right VG pip is getting better but I’m having a hard time confidently locating it I think I keep hitting glute if someone can help I’ve watched every vid and for some reason this one is hard to find

The punchline of this is that oral may be the best route of administration and sublingual is likely the best route due it's hydrophilic behaviour (all discussed in the research thread linked above).

Only constructive criticism is regarding your gear source.

The unmarked orals are from WWB
WWB is about the cheapest China vendor the average buyer can find and I can see the lure to order from him albeit he doesn't do reshipping. Having said that he does have a few Jano's but they are often outdated. I would be hesitant about the purity and dosing of anything from China and instead refer you to our EVO approved sources for gear and peptides. Any of the 4 Canadian sources are linked in my signature and the US, New Zealand and Aussie sources can all be found here (as well as Canada) ➡️ EVO approved trusted sources You're obviously good to go and all set for this cycle so my only advice with all that gear and peptides is to research their Jano's and check reviews if you're able however you likely won't find the type of proof and peace of mind you'd get from our EVO approved sources. Keep that in mind for next time I suppose.

I've seen too many members end up with abscesses and bad bloodwork to ever condone China but we'll know more after your bloodwork.

Final notes / thoughts
Appetite is back on 1mg reta my RHR and blood pressure is elevated if continues will incorporate nebivolol at 2.5mg to start and monitor possibly reduce clen dosage and stims
I have to keep up with stretching only did pliability stretching routine twice in a week instead of ED but my hip and pain above my illac crest are relieved where bpc and TB couldn’t fix

Fasting glucose is below 95 in morning and after workouts

I have to keep up with stretching only did pliability stretching routine twice in a week instead of ED but my hip and pain above my illac crest are relieved where bpc and TB couldn’t fix

Fasting glucose is below 95 in morning and after workouts

300g potatoes, or 1 cup rice and or 55g dry pasta are around the same cals/ carbs
Changes week 2
Titrated reta down from 2 mg a week to 1 mg a week due to nausea and lack of hunger and it affecting my intensity in the gym and timing of carbs with insulin window- cold sweats when went up from 4 iu to 5 iu humulin- R even with sipping cluster dextrin, couldn’t make it to check fasting glucose here will be ready to check if happens again. Will keep at 4 iu

intra workout supplements not sitting well even if taken 1 hour before workout will see how I feel in 2/3 weeks as reta concentrations come down.

Increased fasted LISS cardio from 45 minutes fasted to 1 hour 5 days a week
Incorporated hcg at 250mcg Monday and thursdays will check blood in 5 weeks to see where E2 is at from the hcg and primo

Organ support like tudca and coq10 omega 3 and other supplements the same haven’t added in the slow release metaformin yet. Full list attached to other weeks updates

Diet and eating haven’t been on point this week as I fight the change in Reta dose and body screaming for more food to match the anabolics so I’ve been eating closer to 3000 cals and recording as much as I can on cronometer week 4 was better week 5 will be perfect

Week 3 notes : water retention was high felt spilled over, workouts back to normal intensity and strength back to normal on 1mg reta, blood pressure consistently above 125/75 added in Nebivolol at 2.5mg daily on days I’m over 135/75. Still taking 1mg ketoifen in pm. Started wearing the Apple Watch to monitor my heart rate all day and during cardio

Ran out of glucose testing strips haven’t picked up more yet keeping insulin at 5 iu pre workout but would like to have that data so gotta go grab that when I get paid from work and bills are covered.

Training notes : strength is up and gains. insulin with cluster dextrin, peak o2, liquid glycerol, and Ryse Godzilla and sipping slowly on taurine, eaas + electrolytes and cluster dextrin slowly throughout the workout is giving me insane lifts I have about 15 tadalafil tablets and when I get more I’d like to be adding that daily. Still doing 1 hour fasted cardio in the am on the stationary bike

Some of the numbers seem off as I use multiple gyms and different machines but same exercise.

Thank you brother ! I’ll post my cronometer meals and copy and paste what I have printed off in tonight post. I’m taking the insulin cause every Clyde needs his Bonnie
But for real though I’m using it as a safety tool to manage my glucose that I’m not even recording right now 😬 and for nutrient partitioning the 50-75g of carbs I sip on intra workout and it leads and peaks into post workout meal (3-4 hours after pin)

Diet and eating haven’t been on point this week as I fight the change in Reta dose and body screaming for more food to match the anabolics so I’ve been eating closer to 3000 cals and recording as much as I can on cronometer week 4 was better week 5 will be perfect

Week 3 notes : water retention was high felt spilled over, workouts back to normal intensity and strength back to normal on 1mg reta, blood pressure consistently above 125/75 added in Nebivolol at 2.5mg daily on days I’m over 135/75. Still taking 1mg ketoifen in pm. Started wearing the Apple Watch to monitor my heart rate all day and during cardio

Ran out of glucose testing strips haven’t picked up more yet keeping insulin at 5 iu pre workout but would like to have that data so gotta go grab that when I get paid from work and bills are covered.

Training notes : strength is up and gains. insulin with cluster dextrin, peak o2, liquid glycerol, and Ryse Godzilla and sipping slowly on taurine, eaas + electrolytes and cluster dextrin slowly throughout the workout is giving me insane lifts I have about 15 tadalafil tablets and when I get more I’d like to be adding that daily. Still doing 1 hour fasted cardio in the am on the stationary bike

Thank you brother ! I’ll post my cronometer meals and copy and paste what I have printed off in tonight post. I’m taking the insulin cause every Clyde needs his Bonnie
But for real though I’m using it as a safety tool to manage my glucose that I’m not even recording right now 😬 and for nutrient partitioning the 50-75g of carbs I sip on intra workout and it leads and peaks into post workout meal (3-4 hours after pin)

Organ support like tudca and coq10 omega 3 and other supplements the same haven’t added in the slow release metaformin yet. Full list attached to other weeks updates

Diet and eating haven’t been on point this week as I fight the change in Reta dose and body screaming for more food to match the anabolics so I’ve been eating closer to 3000 cals and recording as much as I can on cronometer week 4 was better week 5 will be perfect

Week 3 notes : water retention was high felt spilled over, workouts back to normal intensity and strength back to normal on 1mg reta, blood pressure consistently above 125/75 added in Nebivolol at 2.5mg daily on days I’m over 135/75. Still taking 1mg ketoifen in pm. Started wearing the Apple Watch to monitor my heart rate all day and during cardio

Ran out of glucose testing strips haven’t picked up more yet keeping insulin at 5 iu pre workout but would like to have that data so gotta go grab that when I get paid from work and bills are covered.

Training notes : strength is up and gains. insulin with cluster dextrin, peak o2, liquid glycerol, and Ryse Godzilla and sipping slowly on taurine, eaas + electrolytes and cluster dextrin slowly throughout the workout is giving me insane lifts I have about 15 tadalafil tablets and when I get more I’d like to be adding that daily. Still doing 1 hour fasted cardio in the am on the stationary bike

Thank you brother ! I’ll post my cronometer meals and copy and paste what I have printed off in tonight post. I’m taking the insulin cause every Clyde needs his Bonnie
But for real though I’m using it as a safety tool to manage my glucose that I’m not even recording right now 😬 and for nutrient partitioning the 50-75g of carbs I sip on intra workout and it leads and peaks into post workout meal (3-4 hours after pin)
This is one of the best workout routines I've seen. You're definitely hitting a lot of different things. I like how you balance out your workouts and you hit both sides of everything. @EL blueberry

Ran out of glucose testing strips haven’t picked up more yet keeping insulin at 5 iu pre workout but would like to have that data so gotta go grab that when I get paid from work and bills are covered.

Training notes : strength is up and gains. insulin with cluster dextrin, peak o2, liquid glycerol, and Ryse Godzilla and sipping slowly on taurine, eaas + electrolytes and cluster dextrin slowly throughout the workout is giving me insane lifts I have about 15 tadalafil tablets and when I get more I’d like to be adding that daily. Still doing 1 hour fasted cardio in the am on the stationary bike

I would consider dropping the clen. I don't think you need it here at all. @EL blueberry same thing with the Yohim. the reta can be increased

Notes from week 5
started holding a lot of water and having food back log and cystic chest acne
Before using arimidex which I waited until my blood came back and week 7 I started with hibiclens and benzoyl peroxide 10% I did bloods week 6/7 e2 was at 267

Training was good and strength went up

Got the requisition this week but had to book time off at work to make it in week 6/7

Posting week 6 and 7 but on cruise while I fix HI ALT and E2 and systematic stress I dropped reta week 6 and reduced to 2 iu hgh and feeling alot better going back for more bloods to see what 1mg arimidex did to 267 estradiol. Posting this on break at work going to write up week 6 and 7 as one but dropped orals and primo for weeks 8+9 to trt dose and ordered Kpv and glutathione and going to do a 2 set of labs before next phase of cycle
Training is always good and it's a good sign that strength is going higher. It means your body is getting stronger for sure. @EL blueberry

5.4 mg Yohimbine fasted cardio
0.5mg reta weekly (sundays) reduced tapering off
