Smart framing brother, Reta as an insulin sensitiser while bulking is exactly the longevity angle most people miss. Holding BG rock solid and still pushing growth at 93kg is the real flex, the stack is clearly dialled 💪
93kg at 6'1 doesnt seem too impressive. I feel like my frame could hold 100kg pretty well if i filled out a bit more.

Week 6 - Monday Update - Weight 93.1kg

Weighed in at 93.1kg on the weekend, which is a 900gram drop from last week.

Im going to bump calories up by 100, adding 25grams more carbs. Ill see how i go with this food increase and check my weight again at the end of the week.

I've been experimenting with taking my amino acids subq instead of IM. They seem to work just the same subq. The only issue is that it leaves a little lump for an hour or so.

You can really only go a maximum of 1ml subq though, unless you are pretty flabby.

300kg plate loaded leg press for 12 is a strong set brother, quads are definitely responding to the volume. Standing press 70kg overhead is solid too, delt strength carrying over nicely 💪

life gets in the way of the gym

The standing military press makes me feel so hardcore. Literally lifting weight above your head like Titan Atlas.

Week 6 - Friday Update

I checked my blood pressure this morning at it was 114/70. Im really happy with this, as blood pressure is the silent killer.

Blood pressure monitors are super cheap, so i encourage anyone who dabbles in peds to have one on hand at all times.

🏋️‍♂️ Training
Thursday - AM - BJJ No Gi

I had a good session, but i im always beat after it. I give 100% in my classes, i leave everything on the mat.

It feels cool until 2 hours later you are struggling to keep your eyes open. I ended up having a little nap before the gym.

Thursday - PM - Arms
Barbell Curls - 40kg - 10,10,8 (couple of cheat reps on the end)
Cable Tricep Pulldown - Machine setting 77 - 12,12,10
DB Preacher Curl, Single Arm - 15kg - 8,8,8
Cable Tricep Pulldown, Single Arm across the body - Machine Setting 23 - 12,12,12
DB Hammer Curls - 17.5kg - 10,10,10
BB EZ Bar Incline Skull Crushers - 35kg - 12,12,12

Couple of increases in reps on some exercises. Each workout im feeling good and strong!

Friday - No Gi BJJ
So i normally have a GI class on friday, but i overslept and missed it. The later class was a no-gi class so i went to that one instead.

I ended up being used as an example of how to overpower stronger opponents and use leverage and weight distribution to trump size and strength.

I feel bad, because there is some smaller and younger guys who get paired up with me and just cannot compete. I try to turn down the strength and use technique, but there is weight classes for a reason.

i haven’t checked it in ages, Im due bloodwork soon.

I honestly don’t mind keeping my e2 on the lower end, as I have pubertal gyno that flares up, and it’s currently pretty gnarly.

I actually have a wild idea (that I stole from vigorous Steve) of intentionally running a cycle to make it as bad as possible, so that when I get the surgery I can get absolutely all of it removed.

I keep planning on getting it removed but the thought of 6 weeks off the gym mind drive me insane (more so than normal)

Finasteride + 19-nors dopamine clash is a proper rabbit hole brother, explains why blokes who tolerate fin fine on test-only blow up on NPP/Deca cycles 💪

Week 8 - Friday Update

Bit of a last minute change of plans.

I’ve always wanted to get gyno surgery. I developed the glands in puberty and they flare up and go away with PEDS.

Finally decided I had enough and was going to remove them. I had planned to do it later this year. The surgeon I want had a cancellation and now Im doing it in the next 10 weeks.

I have to meet the surgeon in couple weeks first to fully confirm, but it looks like July 14th is the day.

A couple things will change.

1. Drop the eq, test to 500. No ai.

I basically want to just roll test with no ai so that the gyno will get as bad as possible before the surgery. I don’t want anything coming back later, get it done once.

EQ will lower E2, and I basically want E as high as I can tolerate to promote additional gyno growth.

2. Move to a cutting phase.

Depending on my weight on Sunday, I’ll transition to a caloric deficit. I want to be as lean as possible for the surgery.

The liposuction is supposed to be the worst part of the recovery, so being lean should prevent that being needed. I’ll also be on my ass for a couple of weeks, so I might as well be in good shape.

Me and another enhanced guy were each others first rolls. Both of us are pretty big and competitive and he was a belt higher than me.

Week 8 - Friday Update

Bit of a last minute change of plans.

I’ve always wanted to get gyno surgery. I developed the glands in puberty and they flare up and go away with PEDS.

Finally decided I had enough and was going to remove them. I had planned to do it later this year. The surgeon I want had a cancellation and now Im doing it in the next 10 weeks.

I have to meet the surgeon in couple weeks first to fully confirm, but it looks like July 14th is the day.

A couple things will change.

1. Drop the eq, test to 500. No ai.

I basically want to just roll test with no ai so that the gyno will get as bad as possible before the surgery. I don’t want anything coming back later, get it done once.

EQ will lower E2, and I basically want E as high as I can tolerate to promote additional gyno growth.

2. Move to a cutting phase.

Depending on my weight on Sunday, I’ll transition to a caloric deficit. I want to be as lean as possible for the surgery.

The liposuction is supposed to be the worst part of the recovery, so being lean should prevent that being needed. I’ll also be on my ass for a couple of weeks, so I might as well be in good shape.

Locking the surgeon in for July 14 and shifting to test only no AI to let the gyno fully express before they go in is the smart way to make sure the surgery removes everything in one shot brother 💪

Now, i've had well meaning people try to tell me "Its not that noticable, just use nolvadex and an AI and it might shrink".

In my personal experience, the people who say things like this either have gyno and can't afford to get the surgery and are huffing that copium, or use SERM's and AI's year round.

Im not willing to take SERM's and AI's all the time, with the long term health effects of those things. 3 months down time wont kill me.

The Gyno Growth Log - 10 Weeks Pre-Surgery - Weight 91.9kg

Ok EVO crew. The madman is ready to throw estrogren caution into the wind, and lets grow these puppies. If the surgeon is getting 10K out of me, he's going to earn it.

The purpose of this new phase is to get the existing Gynecomastia is bad as possible pre-surgery so that all possible tissue is permanently removed.

I normally try to hide it in photos, but now thats its about to go, check them out for yourself.

Now, i've had well meaning people try to tell me "Its not that noticable, just use nolvadex and an AI and it might shrink".

In my personal experience, the people who say things like this either have gyno and can't afford to get the surgery and are huffing that copium, or use SERM's and AI's year round.

Im not willing to take SERM's and AI's all the time, with the long term health effects of those things. 3 months down time wont kill me.

DB Incline Press - 50kg - 10,8,8
DB Flat Press - 45kg - 10,6,5
Cable Flys - Machine Setting 27 - 10,10,10
Incline Press Machine - Machine Setting 77 - 10,10,10
Dips - BW - 10,10,10

I felt good for the first exercise and then for some reason i just completely bombed out after that.

I had to lower the weight on the flys. I still got a good pump.

Monday - Back
Pendlay Row - 100kg - 10,10,10
Wide Grip Chins - BW - 10,10,10
Wide Grip Cable Row - Machine setting 86 - 10,10,10
Wide Grip Lat Pulldown - Machine setting 86 - 10,10,10
Straight Arm Cable Pulldown - Machine setting 59 - 12,12,12

Ok, so i knew this workout wouldn't be as good as the last backworkout. This workout was late at night tired after work.

Last week was during the middle of the day, fueled by dbol and preworkout.

Can't wait until these nips are gone!

So i was going to lower cal's to try to drop some bodyfat, but i had such a low weigh in this week, that i might just wait and see how my weight is next monday before i assess calories.

No idea how i dropped 1.8kg in a week!

In a couple of weeks i'll introduce some dbol to help with increasing estrogren.

I think i'll be the first logger to intentionally want to increase estrogren over the refference range.

Putting the photos out in the open instead of hiding them is the kind of mindset shift that locks the surgery decision in and frames the next 10 weeks as a job to be done brother 💪

We are locked in and ready to go.

3 months on my ass might drive me insane, but a gyno recovery log will keep my occupied.
 
Im not opposed to it, but i'd prefer just to keep this log going.
if possible please start a new log :D you are changing up cycle too right?
