We have a week or two here we’re im stupid busy with prep clients of my own and building a gym in the process too so there will be a few weeks where everything gets done but the transition in to the new space will be a bit different. More and better equipment but still numbers will change and I’m mega ocd so will be a hurdle none the less.

But good weeks are compounding and feeling great

Unfortunate but a weight drop due to being stupidly busy and a lot of expenditure and long days building a private training facility.
All things are done now and have been back to normal training since Monday (only two sessions last week deload week)
A mix of rest day cals and the expenditure down caused weight to drop off a bit but on a positive note we have a lot better kit available to us now so onwards and upwards !!

Still happy with the look if anything just a bit fresher and a bit tighter due to drop off in weight.

This week will be all about getting weight back up there which it should do.

No training change just 40 sets still but a few new pieces into the rotation now.

Unfortunate but a weight drop due to being stupidly busy and a lot of expenditure and long days building a private training facility.
All things are done now and have been back to normal training since Monday (only two sessions last week deload week)
A mix of rest day cals and the expenditure down caused weight to drop off a bit but on a positive note we have a lot better kit available to us now so onwards and upwards !!

Still happy with the look if anything just a bit fresher and a bit tighter due to drop off in weight.

This week will be all about getting weight back up there which it should do.

No training change just 40 sets still but a few new pieces into the rotation now.
I’ll get some videos over the next few weeks of training footage.

10mg carderine (per day)

Training
currently 4 days per week with 40 this week sets per week over those 4 days (still very low post comp)
Everything is taken awfully close to true failure
Monday: Posterior
Tuesday: Chest biceps
Thursday: Back hamstrings
Friday: Triceps legs

Most volume is allocated to posterior as trying to bring up the rear shots
