Great this week with a beautiful weight pickup, best I’ve looked at 112 kg by a long shot !! It’s gunna be a fun year, the goal is 115 and beyond with good condition, strength is already at an all time high so it can only get better and better if we can keep it healthy.
Recent bloodwork’s are phenomenal so we have plenty room to keep this rolling.
