My Thyroid was low brother.
When we take Anabolic steroids & HGH at Bodybuilding (Ped) levels it's almost a given that HGH & Aas will lower Thyroid levels.
Ideally we want our Thyroid output to be in the Performance range which is a high normal level.
If we want optimal results from our training, then we need optimise our Hormones.
The 4 big hitters
️ are,1 Insulin
2 IGF-1
3 Testosterone
4 HGH
5 Thyroid
Yes Insulin is number 1 it is the most Anabolic hormone.
Insulin is synergistic with HGH for the production of IGF-1.
T3 is basically our metabolism.
When our T3 is low our metabolism is slower which means slower muscle growth, slower recovery, slower fat loss the list goes on.
T3 also lowers prolactin which can be elevated by using HGH & Aas
