Gooood morning again!!
I am so happy that I decided to lighten it up and go for reps today. They shoulder is actually very calm because of it and is responding nicely to heat and cold this morning.
7 days to go, oh boy, I hope what we have planned works.

Tuesday’s lunch is really big. I pumped the carbs up and pretty good protein, rice, chicken and veggies.

Monday’s dinner, chicken and sausage jambalaya with a little added extra chicken and Chalupa and a bit of kraut for my gut!!

I feel a bit full, it is the most calories I have consumed in a long time. I feel, not bloated, but I can definitely tell that I consumed well today.
Tomorrow morning’s gym session will be ultra banging!!
My food was all clean and served a purpose, can you imagine how shitty it would feel to eat that much in fast food?
If I can figure out a way to get this much protein and carbs and keep the calories close to maintenance, it would be awesome!! I think for the next week, I will keep the calories back down to maintenance. Which ever route I take, it will be important to keep my cardio up or maybe even double it

Good morning Brother Man!!!
I can feel the strength wanting to build but I have to be patient until I see what happens on Tuesday. It is a bit frustrating….but so is the pain!!!
Doing seated rows today, I went really light and was busting out reps and it felt good, but I need a bit more resistance and I could feel it. I super setted the back routine today hoping to really get a good burn, it worked, but not the same as getting a really heavy set in on every movement and going to failure.

On time every time!!


NO Lift day. This is my second week on this new split, today is just cardio and I will be completely off the next two days. I found myself slipping on my knee sleeves this morning and had to remind myself that I committed to push pull legs with cardio 3 days 1 day just cardio and two days off. It was nice last week, but soooo fucking hard for me to lay back. I am on a treadmill right now repeating to myself, “Rest is Good!”
After I hit my cardio, I Will do some abs and core, dead bugs, bird dogs and planks.

I weighed in today at 252.3
I feel really good.
Today I will go light on the calories. Concentrate on different cardio through the day and just feel good!!

I need to thank @US-pharmacies. They have faith in me and my success and I am working very hard not to disappoint!! This team USP put together is an incredible bunch of people and I have made some amazing connections because of it, in a way, it has changed my life.
My personal life, my fitness life are both 100% better!!

Tomorrow isn’t promised brothers, how will you live today??

It was nice last week, but soooo fucking hard for me to lay back. I am on a treadmill right now repeating to myself, “Rest is Good!”

Rest is not only good - its essential! This is where we actually grow bro!

After I hit my cardio, I Will do some abs and core, dead bugs, bird dogs and planks.

Get those planks man! Lets get them to 2 minutes!

I feel really good.

I am actually reading a few books right now, the two I am most involved in are Lives of the Stoics and Letters from a Stoic.
I actually LOVE Lives of the Stoics since it introduces us to these people, who were more of less just like ourselves, we wouldn't even know existed otherwise - Great example of that is Diotimus...

So naturally, I keep these two at work so I can read if I ever get downtime and want to look away from my screens:

Aurelius is the conclusion of every stoic that came before him, is how I like to think...

I was always a kid who used to think alot, who would talk about two three and four sides of one story so much so that in middle school, classmates started to ironically call me "Zucchini *well my real name* philosopher" Not that the joke pushed me to it, but when I later came to know there's something called philosophy, i felt like I finally found that I am not alone, and there have been people like me so I had hope...

I am always glad to see someone else who is into philosophy. I am especially glad you got introduced to MA when you did and that your life changed in ways you never thought it would.

Total rest day. Low calories. Chillin like a villian!! Tomorrow as well. Headed down to the Sweet One’s house to do some heavy yard work for her, I rounded up one of my son’s friends to help!!
I will do my best to watch my intake for the next two days. The diet might be a bit dirty but it wont get outta hand!!
This is the second week on this split. I am undecided about it, going to do two more weeks before I decide to keep it or change again. I can still work everything twice every six days. If I stick to this, 3 days lifting with cardio, 1 day just cardio, 2 days off, I will have to increase volume on lift days.
I like how I feel on the second full day off. I feel strong and solid.
Experimenting is fun

I’m kicking the tires on the Clen so I thank you for the feedback. I may add in some T3 along side it but we will see.

At first the Clen kinda scared me. I got very wired, so I had to lower the dose. You have to be careful with it

Brother, I am fucking wiped out, we removed so much over growth, my legs are worn out, back is fried, I would do it again and she really appreciated what we got done

Brother, I am fucking wiped out, we removed so much over growth, my legs are worn out, back is fried, I would do it again and she really appreciated what we got done

Yard work is a killer if its overgrown. The sun and consistent bending over will take you out fast! I bet she took care of you throughout the day watering the horses.

She was great!! She made sure that we had water, food, and She was in shock when we got done. She didn’t expect for us to be able to do what we did.

Okay here we go! Tomorrow morning, in 13 hours 3 minutes and 42 seconds, I am getting a nerve block on my shoulder. If it takes away the pain, we will move on to the next phase. In my mind, this is already done and successful! I need to get back into the gym, hopefully the doc says that I am gtg for Wednesday!!

It will hopefully stop the pain from the Osteoarthritis. If it is successful I will follow it up with an ablation. If all goes well, it will buy me a few years until I have to do a replacement. That will give me time to add muscle and fight the atrophy that will come

Nerve block was good, about 3.5 hours in, thempain has reduced by a bit more than 50 percent. So we now know an ablation will work!
Unfortunately this block was all about learning if deadening the nerves would work, and it will wear off here soon. I don’t care, because now the light at the end of the tunnel is burning bright!!
