Awesome log man - definitely be following along with your progress and watch you continue to kill it! Question for you though - what is tracking your BF% alongside your weight? Some type of special scale? Be interested to know!
Thanks bro!The internet is a horribly toxic place, social media is trash and designed to invoke a negative response and is horrible for your attention span, other bodybuilding communities have some good people and some assholes at different ratios. Here at EVO I havent seen a single asshole, its all love. Everyone here wants everyone here to be at their best and to get there safely.
It is the bizarro land of the internet, just good people being good to each other and helping everyone make progress. I deleted Facebook off my phone because reading stuff on here makes me feel good and makes me want to spread that feeling.
Just a bunch of jacked dudes holding the most positive place on the internet.
And your right about lev and harley 2 of the most solid dudes ive never met lol
Glad your here bro, lets see you grow!
EVO fam, EVO love!
Okay, I have Arimidex on hand, I’m thinking like .25mg Mon, wed, Fri, and then check bloods after 4 weeks. Probably won’t escalate doses or start anavar just yet as I have a vacation coming up and won’t be able to bring anything with me. Thanks man, advice is always appreciated. You can add an ai light aromasin![]()
Yeah it’s just some Amazon scale that tracks the bodyfat % but these things are terrible man, I can put on 10lbs water weight on a weekend and it jumps 4% lol. Just go off measurements and the mirror. Unless your trying to compete I don’t care if I’m 18 or 16 I just know I want to drop fat and when I’m happy I’ll start to bulk until I’m unhappy and then rinse and repeat lol.Awesome log man - definitely be following along with your progress and watch you continue to kill it! I was thinking some anavar, with the test at 350 like you were saying with aromasin, is that the cycle you were thinking for me? Any other compounds I should think about getting for future cycles or anything, sorry for all the questions man, but appreciate ya.can you get aromasin soon?

Thanks for the reminder man, I’m usually in bed about 30-40 minutes before I want to sleep, usually put on a show and stay off the phone, at least social media. My issue isn’t falling asleep, I sleep like a baby for about 5 hours and then I wake up to just a drive to get up. My brain just like springs awake and starts running like a meth addict looking for a fix lol.Do you have a wind down routine before sleep? Or at least put the phone away for an hour before bed? I find when I have these poor-sleep discussions with people, often I hear that they doom scroll around bedtime etc which is a recipe for restlessness.
I’ve been thinking about maybe combining some kind a light THC with CBN and CBD to see if that helps, I’ll grab some tonight and try that. Thanks man.I found melatonin puts me to sleep, but it doesn't keep me asleep, and the same thing would happen (wake up 4/5 hours later)
Once I combined the melatonin with cbd , that kept me asleep
Thanks man, just trying to progress every session. Feeling better today after a high carb day yesterday, you think I should leave em high? Or cycle when it’s needed to help with the fat loss? No Shit! Thats cool, I've had good success with CBN and CBD together. I just never think of it until sleeps really bad lol, so thanks for the reminder.I personally dont do well with thc, just cbd for sleep, but im hearing good things about cbn and will try thst soon.
Fun fact, my great uncle was the first scientist to discover cbd
I know man, it’s my biggest bottle neck, I’m not sure what else do to, I just keep trying shit but getting more then 6-6.5 hours even on weekends is a struggle for me.Sleep is so important that it had to become part of the routine, I also take a medication for ptsd nightmares that lowers blood pressure, that helps with the sleep as well

just turned on my watch notification for your log!2026 Recomp (maybe weight loss first) / Lean Bulk Log
Current Stats/History
Want to start out by saying I’m pretty new to all this and don’t have a fucking clue what I’m doing compared to some people on here but I’m constantly trying to learn more and increase my knowledge every day and am open to any and all feedback anyone cares to give, it’s all appreciated and needed to progress. I’m starting a log after some pushing from @HarleyGuy and @LevButlerov, so shout out to them, and especially @HarleyGuy for taking the time to answer my dm’s and help me sort this out.
- History: I was 215 lbs in Jan. 2023 (photos below) after living my late 20's and early 30's like an asshole, went on a 5 month mission to lose weight and got down to about 160 lbs (photos below) and went up and down a little from there, working out at home and doing some cardio, then at some point in early 2024 joined a gym and have been going ever since but only got serious about tracking workouts and lifts in 2026. In 2025 I got my blood work done for TRT and my test was 3.8 nmol/L, so I made the call to just get on TRT as there wasn't much hope of making a meaningful increase naturally. I'm a Type 1 diabetic and have been since I was 15 years old. Also have psoriatic arthritis but have that completely under control now.
- Current Stats (photos below):
- Age: 39
- Height: 5’-6”
- Weight: 155lbs
- Estimated Body Fat: 18-20%
- Training Experience: 2-3 years (1/2 a year tracking lifts and progression)
- TRT or Previous Cycle History: TRT for a little over a year with some TRT+ moments but not “real” cycles to speak of.
Goals (looking for some help here)
- Main goal: I’m looking to the more experienced loggers for help here, whether I should cut on TRT (175mg a week at the moment) to 10-12% and then run a cycle and slow bulk, or run a re-comp cycle, eating around maintenance calories trying to get my BF% down while maintaining my weight and then bulk down the road.
- Target body fat: 10-12%
- Target weight: 170lbs after cutting down and then bulking and cutting again ideally. I know this will take some time and maybe need to break up my goals but that’s the long term vision.
Current Training Split (Workouts are in the morning)
- Legs (Quad focused)
- Pull (Lat width focused)
- Push (Chest Focused)
- Legs (Ham/Post focused)
- Pull (Traps and Thickness focused)
- Push (Shoulder Focused)
- Rest
- Cardio: 15-30 minutes after lifting at 120-125 BPM heart rate, mostly incline treadmill
- Daily Steps fall in the 12K-17K range depending on work that day.
Diet / Macros
- Calories: 2000-2200
- Protein: 200-210 grams
- Carbs: 200-250 grams
- Fat: 45-55 grams
Current Cycle (if you can call it that lol)
- Testosterone E (Oxygen) started Apr.29th, previously using Test Cyp RX – 175mg/week TRT
- Pinned daily Sub Q

Good advicejust turned on my watch notification for your log!
Your steps a day are off the charts. Sleep? maybe that needs to go up a bit?
For sure, always working on this one, I know it’s so crucial but it’s my biggest struggle. I just lost my uncle to a heart attack and my gramps to old age in like a 2 week span. Throw in the pressures of my job as a shop manager and the family life and shit, it’s a wonder I can sleep the 5 hours or so I do some days. That’s life I guess but fuck it’s frustrating when the brain just won’t shut up some days. Even when shits going smooth I’m lucky to get 6-7 hours.Good advice
I know, I’m going to Cabo for a birthday vacation with the wife so plenty of tacos and margs but going to try and keep it in check haha. I always turn into a water bag and drop like 10lbs when I get back lol.lookin good brother! let's make sure we don't go hog on food on vacation lol

Bros, hopefully you can get your sleep up to six hours. Isn't much. Sounds like my schedule though because I'm a plumber and sometimes I have to work at night. @abalteredLog- May.23th
