Hey thanks bro it was a very quite day for me,like any stoic man we dont celebrate birthdays we reflect on the lessons we endured over past times ,reflect and move the fuck on,I actually went to my good mates daughters birthday gave her some money then went and helped another lost soul in need for the day,my day was all about selflessness and compassion towards others and to be honest It felt better than anything to see others happy on this day and actually appreciate me being there for then....I couldnt give 2 fucks about my birthday lol after all that I went home to sleep I didnt even make it to gym for shoulders but I got up this morning and climbed Mount louisia like a motherfucking mountain goat as i woke up with some extra energy and feeling hella good.
