Proper shithouse week of training for me this past week had a few scattered workouts followed by 4 days off with the flu

Arguably a bad idea. Yet we all try to train through it
I was flat out making it through the week of work to be honest,Jack hammering,concreting and hauling ass on the vac truck nearly killed me so I was forced to take 4 days off but ended up a good thing cose now im even stronger and more jacked 💪

@MarshMonsta nice work on this. I like the balance of the training. The standing calf raises and seated calf raises are fantastic and so is the 30-minute walk.

Always can depend on you to put together some good iron training. And I like how you're taking time to do some cardio with some simple walking and the food, as always, is really good. I could eat that every day. @MarshMonsta
 
You know what I like more than shrugs stevo....its blasting tren ace for the end 6 weeks of this log and seeing what strength i can really bring.

Thanks bro sessions are getting pretty good atm strength is rising evey week and recovery speed is right up as well,I will probs hammer the NPP this round like never before at a generous dose,I have to keep cardio lite as im walking around all day at work and I still go up the mountain climb track on weekend to hit the stairs.
I honestly get sick of cooking sometimes then I just look at a big fat bitch at the shops wearing gym clothes and stuffing a quarter pounder down her neck hole,and yeah I start cooking real quick again!
 
It wont help whats left of the grey matter in my brain and eveyone around me for a few weeks but for everything else it will be great.

Felling hella good bro,just pinned 3.5mls,took 40mg dbol,50mg anadrol,had a feed and bout to get that late night juicy chest pump and really get it in a big way,its a late night after a fucked day at work and im down slightly on calories but "discipline maketh the man for motivation is a well fabricated illusion that fades from sight when times get tuff and pain is present"

Yeah your right..I actually have been thinking of adding jasmine rice to my diet with some honey cos I'm a bit weird like that and I like to fry brocollli and it's been a long time since I fryed actual chicken breast fillets so I actually like the sound of this meal..just need to find some seasonings
But I'm locked-in and focused but negative stuff in my personal life does get the better of me but I'm learning to deal with it as soon as I can and keep going
Training is really good..its almost as if every workout is like a dream in an iron sanctuary and 99% time i have a great sesh..just have a lot of growth to do and as much as I want to push food and peds high I don't want to ruin my shape and wreck my waistline so it's a balancing act I guess

Definitely add jasmine rice and honey in for sure I use them heaps myself and with the chicken I usually just buy a dry rub/seasoning like Texas style from a BBQ store add coat and bake them...they come out mint!

Every night at gym I watch a young man completely paralysed from the waist down,crawling and climbing and doing whatever it takes to get his session in and with alot of heart as well,no help he uses alot of energy to get on and off machines but he does it with a smile on his face even on the bad nights,that my friend is true courage,determination & pure heart these are the things that inspire me real battles faced from within and out,when I see him having a good go at it I smile and lift more

Haha i like a good story and I never judge cos the things I have been up to once upon a time, u would be probably be like wtf bro but it's part of the story of our lives which are our experiences and never any regrets cos it's what we wanted to do at the time
