Advice when it comes to dosing creatine

I'm looking to get the most out of my supplements. I'm currently taking protein powder and some multivitamins. I would like to add creatine to this. Do you think 1 g of creatine per day would work? Can I mix it with some milk?

This standard is going to be up to 5 g a day for mono.

Bros, creatine is pretty simple to use. I would get the pure creatine and don't mix it with milk. Can be hard to digest.

You can mix creatine with anything you wish as long as you're able to digest milk, okay.

Creatine is pretty simple to use. Just make sure you're using a quality brand. Don't get one with a bunch of added crap to it.
