using DSIP for sleep benefits

I've been having some tough time sleeping and I would like your advice. What do you think about DSIP at 500 mcg before bed? Do you think that would be a good dosage or try something else? First time using this peptide and I'm excited.
It doesn’t make you fall asleep, it improves quality of sleep but only if everything else is dialed in. If you are using too much caffeine or have a lot of light or sound etc you may find that it doesn’t do much. Which was my experience. And when I got all my sleep hygiene sorted I found I didn’t need it.

You can do 200mcg to start maybe 100mcg but did you try melatonin with valerian before?
 
I tried DSIP at bottom of the recommended dosage and it seemed to improve sleep for one night, but then the next few nights sleep was horrible. Retried a few times and kept having the same experience. Tossed into garbage bin.

Try 250mcg. But make sure sleep hygiene is on point

500 mcg is probably too high. You don't want to overdose on the stuff.

DSIP is an excellent option. You should definitely try it. Why not?

DSIP is a very powerful peptide. It works for some but doesn't work for others. You've got to experiment.

Bros, the DSIP, I tried it once. It worked for me at 200 mcg before bed.
