Hey @LevButlerov , had an appointment with my surgeon today have only 2 weeks left of o.t, I was wanting to start transitioning from decifit to a surplus now to help start putting on some weight back man and up my test dose to about 300mg in an effort to ramp up/ front loading and work toward starting a cycle in 2-3 weeks. Your thoughts?? It's about time man.
 
No pain what so ever brother, low carbs is ok but like shared i thick need to put on some weight back again hence was wanting to increase it my man, will follow what you advise.
you can get carbs back to 200 if you feel it
 
They got me doing lateral.raises and above the shoulder weights in p.t as well and it has been fine as well.

you can go to 300mgs test but dont add anything else for now :D
 
I was actually thinking of running a overall surplus of 400-500 cals, like a proper bulk, what are your thought?? @LevButlerov

I am.down to 128lbs. Need to be around atleast 145lb or am I just over thinking the weight aspect.
dont think calories think macros :D we should get carbs up to 300 to see how you respond but low gi oatmeal yams sweet potato brown rice
 
Bro, tell me the details related to the BPC157+TB500 injections.
How many mgs and how often?
For how long (weeks/mo) you did it and if you had echography done after to check the recovery progress.
Sure bro,
Daily injection
Week 1- 2 (Initial) 600 mcg. - 0.18ml
Week 3-4 ( Loading) 800 mcg. - 0.24ml
Week 5-8 (Maintenance) 600 mcg. - 0.18ml

0.5ml insulin syringe
Bpc157/Tb500 10mg blend

No echograph done, but recovery has been ahead of the curve in every which way possible, both doc and physio super happy with the speed of recovery amd return of range of.motion and ability to stsrt stregth training ahead of normal.schedule.

Man i went to Kroger and foe the love of all the tea in China could not ficking find yams but got sweet potato, will get my mom to make it for me in South indian spicy style with curry leaves and all. I am gonna try for 300gms of carb but I think that will be a challenge I will have to work my myself upto it little bit at a time.

I am 47 years old, survived a collapsed lung, beaten cancer, got one kidney left, had 2 shoulder surgeries back to back in 3 months. So definitely not an ideal patient in any way, Man but it helped me in my recovery for sure, not saying it is a miracle peptide but even if it was 10%-15% effective towards it, it goes a long way brother.

There is a lot of different variation of potatoes. @rayray01 they are a really good carb source and it's really fun to make them.

Yea bro, I love it, i get excited about tending to it every mooring when I get back from there gym and evening when close to sunset. Getting tons of different kinds of peppers as well.

Bro you are over thinking it. Just clear 15 feet by 6 feet area in your yard, get a tiller and till the soil. Mix in some organic soil or to make v it easier just grab some from home depot it lowes, some outdoor miracle grow in ground plant soil. But you baby plant from there whatever you wish to grow, dig a hole cut it kitty of the little pot they are in and plant them. And depending of how hot it gets waterr them early in the day like before b it gets hot so like 8am is our earlier and when it's close to sunset. That's it bruh. Thst easy.

I tried brown rice, was not too fond of the texture, I was not holding up good in my meal prep. My day 3 onwards it was getting soggy.... hence switched back to white rice @LevButlerov
try to get yams sweet potatoes I'm sure you can find local :D

@rayray01 Bros, where I live it barely rains so it's hard to have a garden. We have water restrictions and a lot of people just have rocks in their yard, ha ha.

This is a really cool garden. I agree with you that putting a garden is not that hard; you just need some space. Even if you don't have a yard, you can hang up some plants. @rayray01
