Daily Thoughts
So this is yesterdays log btw, Slog at work today, everyone’s calling in sick because there’s no reason to not. So if you go in it all falls on you lol.
Anyway I’m not trying to hard and couldn’t care about repercussions all my references are former employees now haha.
No cardio today with my foot issues. Thankfully
@Prymal is sending me some KLOW for the foot issues and elbow tendon pain I’ve been having recently. I feel confident the klow will really improve my plantar fasciitis in my right foot and will be documenting the progression I see using @Prymal’s KLOW. I’ll be running it at 3mg a day. Due to the distance between my two injuries I’ll be just injecting in belly rather than site specific.
