bro magnesium is essential...always use it daily

Agreed, in higher doses than normal persons in bodybuidling for sure. its actually used in over 300 functions and reactions in the body.
Ever suffer from cramping? chances are Magnesium will sort it. Has a positive effect on insulin and can aid in improving restful sleep before bed.
I recommend avoiding the oxide form, its not very bio available, i like chelated and orotate myself :D
 
Good article Matt. Magnesium is a very important mineral in the body.

Here's a tip when looking for a magnesium supplement. Look for a magnesium amino acid chelate. A lot of supplement companies will use a magnesium oxide in their supplements because it is much cheaper. Magnesium oxide only has a 2-4% absorption rate.

It's surprising how many people today are deficient in regards to their Magnesium Intake.
And so much of that goes to the Depletion of our Soil.
So you really need to Supplement with Magnesium today.

If you ate the amount of Spinach needed just to reach 100% as listed by the RDA.
You would be eating enough to give you Kidney Stones because Spinach has Naturally Occurring "Oxalates".
Which would cause a condition called "Hyperoxaluria".
Where Oxalate Crystals combine with Calcium in the Kidney's to form Kidney Stones............................. JP

This can also occur if eating Too many Nuts/Pepper/or Rhubarb.
So everything in Moderation is the Key to Good Health ~ that's not just a saying ~ but Words to Live by.

This is exactly right. There could be an entire article written just on the impact farming and soil has on the foods we eat. The food we grow does not have near the nutrients that it used to.

I actually have a Guide from the Dept. of Agriculture.
It has the Nutrient Value from 1975 as compared to 2012.
It was just a small pamphlet, so I only have like 7 Fruits & Vegetables.
It was talking more of Soil Depletion, which 1st started to be a problem in 1936.

Today you have to eat 10 Servings of Spinach to get the same level of Minerals from just 1 Serving 50 years ago.......................... JP
