It's surprising how many people today are deficient in regards to their Magnesium Intake.

So you really need to Supplement with Magnesium today.
If you ate the amount of Spinach needed just to reach 100% as listed by the RDA.
You would be eating enough to give you Kidney Stones because Spinach has Naturally Occurring "Oxalates".
Which would cause a condition called "Hyperoxaluria".
Where Oxalate Crystals combine with Calcium in the Kidney's to form Kidney Stones............................. JP
