Grass fed beef actually has a perfect 1:1 omega 3:6 ratio and actually anti-inflamattory I agree to stay away from regular beef if you are suffering from inflammation, but grass fed beef is perfectly fine to consume.

As Muskate mentioned, with beef you will need to make sure it is grass fed. I also recommend taking a fish/krill oil supplement to naturally help with inflammation.
