16 week cycle rest

Its been a long 16 weeks my body has been through a lot of changes in this time. Just kinda of wondering does anyone take a little time off from the gym maybe switching to some lighter weight. Or is it just grind it out like normal.looking for some advise on this thanks.

Stay consistent and continue to work hard during PCT and after and most of all keep your diet in check.

I like to drop the weight a little bit and move to high reps for a few weeks post PCT, just to give my joints a little break.

Take some Cardarine post cycle...keeps your workouts going hard

I always go to the gym.
 
It's important to de-load. Most people will need a de-load week after 6-8 weeks of hard consecutive training.

It's a 1 step backwards for 2 steps forward approach
 
you need to have deloading phases otherwise your body will break down

pro athletes have offseasons for a reason and the NFL season is only 16 games, they don't play 52 games weekly the whole year do they?
exactly right.. overtraining is something that people dont really understand until it hits them out of nowhere... which is something you dont want to endure
