1st cycle updates - Help!

So I'm through week 8 of my 1st cycle (testosterone enanthate only) and so far I haven't had any side effects whatsoever. Which is great. The thing is I haven't noticed any benefits either...
My libido is the same as usual. I haven't noticed any increase in strength (maybe just a little). And I haven't gained much weight (just 2 kg).

Yes, I did bloodwork pre and mid-cycle, so I know my gear is legit based on my testosterone levels.
Yes, I'm eating well. I've been on Paleo Diet for the last 2 years. Currently this is what I eat:
Breakfast: 6 eggs + mango (or banana or another fruit)
Lunch: 400 gr. beef/chicken + 70/80 gr. rice (or 200 gr. sweet potato) + vegetables
Afternoon: 40 gr. whey + banana (or 50 gr. gluten free oats) + 30 gr. almonds/cashews/hazelnuts
Dinner: 400 gr. beef/fish + 1 avocado + vegetables
Last Meal before bed: 30 gr. whey + 30 gr. almonds/cashews/hazelnuts

I'm 29 y.o., have been lifting for 9 years, I'm 180cm x 76kg, body fat 10%.
I'm not big, but I like my physique and I only wanted to bulk a little bit and see what I could achieve with a little "help".

Could you guys give me some advice? Has anybody else experienced this lack of results from their 1st cycle? Should I finish the 12 weeks anyway?

Thanks for any suggestions you may have.
 
Ok yea I mean thats strange?

When I ran 500mg/week test only my test levels were 2800+ and I definitely gained weight and strength no question.

Are you taking an AI?

Honestly I mean I would say finish out the cycle but again thats really weird?

I know... It's weird.
I'm taking an AI and my mid-cycle bloodword confirmed that I need it because my E2 levels were too high. But I'm just taking 0.25 Arimidex EOD.

I will force myself to eat more carbs maybe.

Negative, it wouldn’t only hurt your cycle if you crashed your estrogen. If it’s in the normal range that shouldn’t impact you.

I really don't know what to do other than up my calories. I thought my diet was not that bad.

I’m honestly stumped man like not gaining a ton of weight especially if your AI is dialed in (which it sounds like it is) isn’t a huge red flag and your test levels are elevated so that is obviously showing your gear is legit, it’s the strength that has got me baffled.

For me my bench for instance went up a good 15-20% by the end of my cycle of 500mg/week for 12 weeks. The fact that your strength hasn’t increased is tough I mean maybe your body doesn’t react well to test? I would definitely finish the cycle off. Your blood level concentrations peak around week 4-5 so since you are at week 8 hopefully it picks up over the final 4-5 weeks?

Other than that no clue man maybe someone else has an idea but I’m stumped.

I've said previously that my buddies loved test enth and I never felt much form it at all

So I'm not the only one? Did it happen to you as well with test enth? What would you suggest I do, stop the cycle now after 8 weeks, wait 2 weeks and PCT?
And if I wanted to try again in a few months, what should my cycle look like? Maybe another type of test?

steroids have different results for different people and you will get varied responses

the bottom line is you aren't going to get the body of your dreams off 1 cycle regardless, it is an endless war

I know steroids have different results for different people, and of course I didn't expect to get the body of my dreams off 1 cycle. But what I didn't expect was to see no results whatsoever. I thought there weren't really non-responders.
Same question I asked Mobster: what would you suggest? Stop the cycle and try again in a few months with something different?
I need some veterans' advice!

Looking at those numbers you ARE benefiting even if it's not a case of feel good/ feel bigger etc. Stick with it.
 
pin e 300 2x a week Monday Thursday run adex eod pct etc etc no one is going to help you and tell you what to do.

I feel old - does that count? LOL. Plus I only saw his results just before I posted. Do you agree with the results?

Hahahaha im just joking but yea 100% agree I said finish out the cycle. Test blood levels show its working and estrogen is in check plus he is starting week 8 so 5 more weeks so agree finish out the 12 weeks, full PCT, and then look at other compounds for next cycle.

I actually like slow steady gains. My first test 500mg/week cycle I added way too much weight. Strength went up but when it was all said and done and PCT was complete I just looked like I gained fat with very little muscle.

There's another thing: I live in Italy and because of the Coronavirus now ALL gyms are closed for the next month nationwide... Starting today everything is closed (offices, gyms, museums, everything). I'm literally fucked!
I'll keep training at home but I'm aware it's not the same thing...

Pushups and pullups work wonders man I keep a lot of my strength with just those.

As per a reply in another thread I'd stop the cycle, do a PCT and wait for a better time.
