57 Male TRT and running Anavar first time

I actually am questioning the Anavar I received …. Within 3 days I started to get severe abdominal pains. Is anyone familiar with Gen Labs? Until I figure out the product is legit I have suspended the Anavar intake.

Total T definitely very high end, not TOO far outside of TRT range which can approach 1000, but it is definitely into low cycle ranges. His free T though is only high normal, not even really outside of range. I suggested maybe an AI to lower estrogen and thus SHBG which will then raise free T. If he does that, adding anavar looks like a pretty typical but lower end 2 compound cycle. Any thoughts? Thx

My main insight is that if you require an AI, your test dose is too high.

@brettedward if you are planning to stay on 200mgs testosterone you can use 0.25/week 1 dose. We should do bloods 2 weeks in.
