Quick question for you guys. What is the best time of day to take an AI? I usually inject mon/thurs in the mornings. Right now, I'm on a self prescribed low dose cruise(150mg test e), which is most likely going to lead into permanent trt, beings that my natural test levels are sub 300.

If you are taking 150mg weekly for TRT, the amount of AI you need will be really small and likely won't need anything too strong. I doubt the time of day makes a difference. Twice a week .5mg Arimidex (Anastrozole) is the most common TRT AI that is given to patients in your situation. I used to take 1mg tabs and break them in two...half a tab twice a week.

If you are only on 150mg of test per week, I would use a very low AI dosage. I would do 5mg of aromasin on your injection days (Monday/Thursday)

Guys, thanks for the replies! Im super sensitive when it comes to anything aromitizing. I must do a low dose of an AI, currently using adex, but will most likely switch to aromisin. Bloods have been checked. Even on a low dose, my E runs way up, mid 60's.

"Im super sensitive when it comes to anything aromitizing."

Then should he take somewhat more than "5mg of aromasin on [his] injection days"?

Blood work is going to be the best option here. You will have to play with your dose until you get where you need to be. As for time to take it, makes no difference. The half-life isn't that short to matter.

Once again, thanks bros! I have my E dialed in decently according to bloods. I was just curious if there was specific time of day that was recommended to take my dose.
