stop taking the steroids. Poof....acne gone.

Like previously posted, get off. I would go see a dermatologist, see if you can get some medication to clear up your acne, then possibly introduce some AAS. It’s not worth it, the scaring from the acne is horrible, and I would be insecure taking my shirt off. Good luck man.

I find tanning to be the best way in which to control acne.

I meant to say this earlier and forgot cause I have minimal acne now.

However, I have found Stridex spot and T-zone gel works amazing. It's not cheap and it's not easy to find (in stores)

Its tough i'm not acne prone but when on cycle I get it on my back, shoulders, chest, and a few on my face.

I shower 3 times a day with Salycilic acid body washes, 10% Benzoyl Peroxide face wash, etc.

Could run lower doses of AAS or switch to HGH/SARMs.

Really no magic way to have it go away unfortunately.

If a dermatologist is willing to prescribe acutane, that’s your best best. Harsh, but used it when I was younger and haven’t had any acne anywhere since.

Iid rather acne than take acutane to be honest.

Fair enough, but if you’re monitored while being on the drug to reassure that your health isn’t being compromised why not. Mine was bad, and luckily it worked great for me and I didn’t have any harsh side effects apart from dry skin and mild lethargy.

Go to your doctor and ask for a prescription for a topical acne cream. It'll be stronger then anything you can purchase over the counter.

Since it's topical it won't effect your liver

Yea its just very liver toxic and long exposure isnt good.

It has its place by all means but I wouldnt jump to it. Most people get acne but its not at the level where you would take acutane although they think it is.

My buddy had severe cystic acne which he def needed it but acne for steroid use doesnt qualify for accutane in my opinion you are better off taking lower doses or stopping all together and running SARMS or HGH if you cant deal with it.

I agree with you, but if you’re being monitored by the doctor getting blood work every month, as it’s mandatory, and your vitals check out then why not. We use AAS for prolonged periods of time and don’t get the luxury of every GP monitoring our vitals during a cycle. I used it when I was younger when I had bad acne in high school, just got lucky that being on AAS’ now, I don’t get any acne.

I guess in the end it depends on how dedicated you are to this lifestyle, and if you’re a competitor or not. If you’re a recreational user then yes I do agree with your statement.

Yea I mean if people want to take it by all means take it.

To your point though I wouldn't want to take it full time even if I were getting monitored by a doctor ever month when you shouldnt be on an AAS cycle more than twice a year and max 12 weeks at a time.

I hate acne but tossing accutane on top of it is just a bandaid. Its like when people with 20%+ bodyfat want to take AAS to get thin. Thats a bandaid and usually doesnt work the root cause is crappy diet and poor workout regimen (the former being the most important).

If you dont need accutane before an AAS cycle you shouldnt take it just because you are on a cycle because of the potential side effects. AAS can raise your blood pressure. You wouldnt go ask your doctor for Lopressor for your high blood pressure on cycle. You would stop the AAS. Again just my thought process to each their own.

By his username, I'm guessing he was born in 99. May be wrong. But if he is, he's got enough natural hormones floating around wreaking havoc. The cycle obviously just magnifies that.

If you get white heads dont squeeze them, get a syringe and take the needle off, pop the top of the skin gently with the needle then place the syringe(no needle) over the pimple and pull the stopper up. It will suck the pus out with irritating the area. Add a little bp and youll be fukn dandy

Ive heard of people getting acne problems because they’re not injecting the short ester steroids often enough during the week. Need stable blood levels.

That makes no sense at all. Steroids in general just cause your sebaceous glands on your skin to secrete more oil. Nothing to deal with stable blood levels.

What says the opposite? The one guy saying Tren gives him bad acne? More androgens cause excessive acne.

I’m not going to bother trying to help people on these forums anymore sheesh what a waste of time. You obviously didn’t take to time to read the thread.

I read the thread, but why don’t you read a something on the internet on human physiology on why acne actually occurs. I’m just trying to tell you that it’s caused by an increase in oil secreted by your sebaceous glands on your skin, and more androgens can cause more acne as well. My apologies for coming off rude, but I’m just trying to explain to you that’s not the cause.

Are you washing yourself properly. Take showers after workout. For your face. Get good pre scrub and then after you shower moisturizer it and have a good night and morning lotion. It going to take time but try that.

this is good advice... you are going to see A LOT of differing opinions out there, what it comes down to is that some people just react terribly to hormonal changes.. seeing a dermatologist is what i would personally do but some people just cant handle steroids or at least harsher ones and/or higher doses...

Some people say they shower only in the morning. Sleeping in your own filth for hours before finally washing it off. Shower at night if you want to be a decent human.

Yea I think people say they wash themselves properly. Highly doubt it. I train along with so other things. Just by using a proper system for your face don’t have any promblems. These are easy things you can fix.
