I'm currently taking whey protein, weight gainer, multivitamins, and fish oil. My goal is muscle building and im looking to add a couple supplements to my menu. What would you guys recommend i pick up?
One thing that caught my eye thus far is testosterone. I feel i could use the extra energy in the gym. Does anybody recommend it? I was also reading a bit on creatine and wondered if maybe creatine would give me enough energy and be more all around beneficial apposed to testosterone.
