Hi, im a male,5`6 , 19 and 110lbs. Ive tried working out before but I always find a way to get out of my routine and then stop doing it before I get real results. But this summer I really wanna stick to it and workout alot(well, probably 5-7 times per week ideally) and I wanna take some supplements to maximize my results and make my workouts most effective; because basically I'm really sick of being small. What would you guys recommend for me?
