Age 48 - when to stop cycles?

hi,

i'm 48 now and i have had 4 cycles in the past 4 years. They were pretty "mild" cycles (400mg test with either 600mg of EQ or 400mg of deca). I'm thinking of now stopping with gear completely.
Before i decide this though, i wanted to know if 4 cycles would be considered a lot of cycles or not really?

No. It's not a lot. As to when... up to you if there's no health issues. I'm 57. I did a mild oral cycle earlier this year (56 then). Consider TRT too

my view is this isn't a black and white question

it depends on what you view is best for yourself

there are a lot of 48 year olds who are in bad shape
and there are a lot who are in great shape

so it depends. as long as you do it right you can cycle for many more years

I saw your other cycles so this is a good start to plan your 5th cycle and 4 cycles is NOT a lot, I've done 4 cycles PER year lol.

There is no need to stop unless you really really want to. I would do some TRT style runs and stay in the game.

You did Test/EQ/Deca, but have you tried Primobolan Winstrol Anavar? until you do, you haven't felt the best man.

Nelson is correct. That's about as far as I'd go - 1000mg total a week

In a lot of cases, 4 cycles are done every year. Your next cycle should be Winstrol, Anavar, Primobolan

WHen you say stop as mentioned above will your body recover? If not then TRT is the way to go. On TRT you can then selectively choose to add compounds at reasonable doses and cycle for a long time.

Its when you get greedy that bad things can happen quickly.

I would t think that your age would be to old. I would just lower the doses and use more mild compounds.
