Not sure if LGD has done this to me or what, but during my LGD cycle 10mg which i started on the 30/05/2018 and still going atm

i feel so shit, for example after the gym or somewhat near the end of the gym sessions i feel so shit as if i want to stop going to the gym, always getting pretty angry as well like really easy, this was not much of a problem before starting the cycle or even existed what so ever, and i do remember at the start i had mentioned it to my self thinking that was a side affect but ignored it

another example is my girlfriend is either complaining about loads of shit or gets angry easy or what ever or i am the one over reacting and shit, because some times i am like "wtf is wrong with her" because we had a little arguement or something which could have been my fault but i am not sure. its getting to the point where i dont even wanna meet her anymore which i dont want to happen deep down.

just ever since starting i feel shit and it is getting worse near the end but i am thinking maybe its the suppresion? because i am not horny at all and i only wank when i am bored never when i really feel horney (plus boners aint even that rock hard)

think its just a me? or the LGD or suppresion cuz i have not seen others comment or post about these "side effects"
 
i'm on lgd now and don't really notice such a thing.

what source of sarm's did you get?

i got mine from sarmtech . net, loads of possitive reviews and other have had success with them and my gains are pretty good so they aint fake

its like the guys who use GW and are really using clen. both give you fat loss but clen gives you a ton of sides

Many seem to believe it is caused by repressed memories/emotions etc.. sometimes the only way to deal with it is to try and figure out what might be the cause and possibly talking to someone.
Personally I repress feelings because that’s how I was raised lol.. but many studies show results speaking to others, especially strangers, as you don’t feel as judged by ones you know.

Hope that may shed some light for you.

Honestly though if its bad id see a doctor. Even a prohormone shouldnt cause you to tweak out and turn into a hot head.

Just my opinion im a mellow dude and ive taken sarms, test, etc and never had a spike in aggression.

thanks bro i will do some research cuz last year was a huge hit in my life like suprised i am here ngl thats how bad it was.

also does not help that when i try and start a covno with my girlfriend she dont reply and even tho its a small convo she aint making no effect like damn

So anxiety meds shouldn't impact your gym results. You way feel a little lethargic on them but nothing crazy.

I have a fear of flying but with my job I travel all the time and anxiety medication just relaxes me like nothing is going wrong in the world.

Yea def get blood work done. High or low estrogen can have negative results on your mood. Obviously low test as well but if you are on a SARMs stack I typically feel great and energetic but could be that as well.

Get bloodwork done asap though its better to find out sooner than later.
 
18??? You shouldn’t be taking any AAS or PED’s ... your just to young brother . I am not flaming you but you are messing with a very delicate system at your age . Plus your Testosterone levels at your age should be outstanding . Go through a good PCT and leave AAS/PED’s until your much older .

So whats done is done you just need to make sure you have a good PCT in place with minimum clomid, a natural test booster like N2Generate or Dylans PCT, and get blood work done immediately.

As Steve mentioned most SARMS are really prohormones. You see results but they are very liver toxic and suppress your natural test production quite a bit. I see some prohormones also can convert to estrogen so depending on what you took you may need aromasin as well.

Get blood work done. Thats the only way to see what you need to run.

I was 110 pounds at 15 years old before i started lifting weights. i couldn't even do a pullup

you improve your confidence and body by getting on a good workout program and being consistent. and yes pro hormones are very bad for you.. very bad. you should always know what you are putting in your body. you need to stop everything immediately and stop listening to your buddies at the gym. who cares what they look like man.. doesn't mean shit. we will see who looks better in 10 years and 20 years. most of your jock friends will be divorced with 3 kids and have beer guts by then. just do your thing
 
Taking caffeine for too long has made me overly aggressive or moody in the past. Need to cycle it or the adrenals suffer. Low vitamin D is another possibility as it’s nearly an epidemic now.

are there different pro hormones? like some that cut or bulk or that? because people used their products say their gw is good and s4 are good for cutting and the lgd i got did not cut so they must be different

talking about too much caffeine for a long time, i have been on about 600-800 mg of caffine a day because my pre has 400 and intra i take 2 scopes of bcaas and that has 100mg per scoop. and even when i take that much caffine i am still tired and feel the same, i was in the gym today and i felt tried as i normally would when on my preworkout. i aint cycled off caffine in such a long time and i drink energy drinks because they taste nice not because of the caffine

also same time last year i was not on anything only this year i started so it was just life being life last year and this year idk what

People need to get out in the sun more (or outside in general) and learn to cope through the day w/o caffeine. I know it is hard, but can be done.

People often forget that caffeine is a drug. It's EXTREMELY addictive.

People need to get out in the sun more (or outside in general) and learn to cope through the day w/o caffeine. I know it is hard, but can be done.

the thing is i only take caffine when i am about to workout for energy, i am not addicted just a way to get enegry that does not work

i'm probably the first person to tell you that taking caffeine for energy is counter productive

what is really happening is you can't workout without caffeine because you are addicted.

I don't take caffeine before a workout, never have and never will. my workouts are just fine.
 
As much as I like it it doesn't actually give you energy - food does

That’s the thing, I am not good at eating, don’t like to admit it but because of personal things eating or wanting to eat is not easy, I could easily go on with my day by only having a burger at 400kl and that’s me. I known100% diet is ducking me but it’s not easy cuz of the way I am and different other reasons

Side story which might prove useful. So my dad used to eat like this. He'd get up at a sensible time and maybe have a cup of tea. That's be it. Then, midday off to the pub. Not ever a heavy drinker he's still have 2-4 pints. Late afternoon a nap and then, finally, a meal. The earliest would be 4pm but often a little later.

The problems are many-fold but amount to a falling of the blood sugar levels. In my dads case he would seem more grumpy/moody as the day went on. He was never a 'big' guy as such (more average build but tall). The eating habit I've described was more towards the end of his life. It also had the effect of harming his stomach (ulcers) and showing some signs of cirrhosis of the liver (as much from a daily beer or two as from drinking the beers over a meal).

Now ignoring the drinking etc focus instead on the eating habits. They 100% cannot be good for someone lifting in the gym. Now unless you're a traditional Sumo wrestler and getting all your calories via a HUGE single meal (Chankonabe) it's unlikely to be a good idea.

Hate to hear that man but in the end if you cant get the calories in you wont be able to grow. If you cant eat or there isn't enough food readily available that's something to accept as a limitation. Dont focus on it just do the best you can with what ya got!

thats what i am trying to do, if i had food avalible then sarms would not be an option and even if i did have food i would not be able to eat it or just cba doing it, and at the same time i actually love researching sarms and stuff so its a create past time and also helping others with questions is something i kinda enjoy

it annoys the shit out of me how younger guys fall for the rouse that they are magically going to be ronnie coleman just by hopping on some roids

it doesn't work that way. if you can't even make your high school football team then your genetics SUCK PERIOD. learn to accept it and learn to accept you will never be a pro bodybuilder. the rouse put out there by the industry is that YOU TOO can be a pro bodybuilder one day.

i have shitty genetics too, worse than you even. when was 15 i couldn't even do a pullup.. i was 112 pounds.. they laughed at me when i tried out for football. you gotta start lifting while you are young, and it will pay off as you get older

i been lifting for 3 years and 1 year seriously i could not do a pull up either, first time at the gym i did the bench with just the bar and did 2 reps and fucking died, had to get my spotter to lift it off me. been going to the gym for such a long time trying my arse off and then other people around me never go and have amazing bodys and its like fuck that, i understand other have to work harder than others and i happen to be on the less fortinate side and gotta try my arse off to look "better"

If, as Stevesmi says, you're 18 and living with your parents then why can't you BUY YOUR OWN FOOD? Then the issue of 'there's no food in the house' won't be a problem

cuz everybody eats the food in my house, so if i buy my own food that only means i am wasting money for others to eat my food

Now we've established his age I'm gonna suggest he does neither. 18 is too young for both IMO. His diet is poor, he doesn't want to fix it, he's got anger and anxiety issues and so on.

u know what, i actually never thought about that, i got money from working so no more cycles until my diet is 100% know any good or at least cheap place to where it can show me what to be eating, like 4 meals of chicken and rice? because if it is premade meals i dont see why anybody would wanna touch some bland ass food

I hear ya thing is food is going to do more for you than starving and using SARMS or any other PED.

Do the bodybuilder diet. Get calories from cheaper sources. Dont buy garbage but you can get eggs, peanut butter, olive oil, white rice, potatoes, oatmeal (non-rolled real steel cut oats), chicken (whole chickens, etc) for cheap.

Only gap is produce as veggies inherently are expensive but can always go with a large bag of flash frozen broccoli, cauliflower, etc. Go for the big bags not the steamable ones and just blanch them or roast them in the oven with some olive oil.

Honestly food is more important than any PEDs especially if you are still in your teens or 20s.

u know what, i actually never thought about that, i got money from working so no more cycles until my diet is 100% know any good or at least cheap place to where it can show me what to be eating, like 4 meals of chicken and rice? because if it is premade meals i dont see why anybody would wanna touch some bland ass food

Chicken and white rice, eggs and toast, oatmeal and peanut butter, etc.

All good options and reasonably inexpensive. Will want to mix some vegetables in but those are all staples.

In a way I'm glad to hear this. There are meal prep companies but they deliver by mail so... the others would eat it. So-called ready meals need to a LOT healthier than they actually are but they'd still be better than missing meals as you do now. Finally NO SARMs or Steroids will work without the diet in place. And right now, as you admit, with a poor diet if you changed it to a good diet you'd blow up and get results without any gear. Save them until you're 25 and fix the other issues in the mean time
 
I hear ya thing is food is going to do more for you than starving and using SARMS or any other PED.

Do the bodybuilder diet. Get calories from cheaper sources. Dont buy garbage but you can get eggs, peanut butter, olive oil, white rice, potatoes, oatmeal (non-rolled real steel cut oats), chicken (whole chickens, etc) for cheap.

Only gap is produce as veggies inherently are expensive but can always go with a large bag of flash frozen broccoli, cauliflower, etc. Go for the big bags not the steamable ones and just blanch them or roast them in the oven with some olive oil.

Honestly food is more important than any PEDs especially if you are still in your teens or 20s.

yeah i will start to meal prep, are microwavable meals good? like pasta, shepards pie and all that? stuff u can get at stores like asda or sainsburrys? should it be the low calorie section (healthy section) or normal ones?

or jsut meal prep it all?

Just meal prep it yourself it will be cheaper.

Seriously its pretty straight forward bake the potatoes, boil the white rice, grill the chicken until 165 degrees internally or dice it up and cook it with some olive oil and salt and pepper for seasoning until the browned up and white inside (again 165 degrees). Eggs can scramble in a pan, hard boil them, etc. Cook the oatmeal.

These should all have directions on them. The pre-made meals are going to be double or triple the cost of the raw ingredients.
