Ankle swelling aka cankles

So I'm almost half way finished with my cycle Dbol finished up with winny retained lots of water from Dbol getting better now on winny but my ankles look like cankles from all the water retention is this normal and what can be done to reduce the swelling ?

that isn't good. this happens with people who are typically badly out of shape or who have organ problems who suffer from edema

if this is what you get you shouldn't be using steroids in the first place

If the things are looking as bad as you say, there is something wrong. Definitely, there can be a certain level of water retention with Dbol, but not at a clinical level. I would just in case visit a doctor, just to make sure that everything is alright.

Fluid around the Ankles could be Indicative of issues with your Kidneys/Heart/Lymph-nodes.
So if the Swelling is as bad as you indicate, a Doctor's Visit is due.

I do hope that you have been taking an AI with this Cycle.
But even if you haven't been.
The Swelling shouldn't be as bad as you describe................................ JP

Are you taking an AI with your cycle? Dbol is a very estrogenic compound. High estrogen levels can lead to side effects like water retention and bloating.

An AI is essential on your cycle to keep estrogen levels in the normal range. If you aren't using an AI with your cycle, order aromasin and start taking 10mg EOD. You can order aromasin from ag-guys.com if you need a source.

See if it goes away now that you are off the dbol. If things are not better I would get that checked out.
