sorry for such late reply, hard to find time between working, raising a family and the gym lol

Nothing much to spectacular about me, been working out since high school got bit by the iron bug bout 2 years ago and haven't looked back.
im 28 and 6 ft hanging around 230.

I had to find somewhere to talk about the gym, everyone else around me is getting burned out lol
