Hey EVO.

My mate told me I should do a thread to introduce myself but I haven't really bothered, just been reading and learning as I don't really have much experience to contribute.

I'm Aussie, 36, 89kg and 13.2% body fat according to DEXA. I love DEXA scans, I get one 6 to 8 weeks or so to make sure I am making progress or then I can make tweaks to my diet and training accordingly if progress one way or the other has stalled.

I do Kyoukushin full contact karate a couple times a week, that's where this all started - before that I was a fat lazy piece of cr*p. I'm pleased with my results after almost three years of hard work but I guess it's never enough. I'm much tougher and I look pretty good to boot.

This year I dipped my toe into a few new things, I ran Ostarine for 12 weeks at the start of the year and bridged into some Furaza as part of a cutting cycle. Ran a nice long full PCT - now I've been playing around with some albuterol and GW until it's time for my next cycle in spring.

So yeah, that's about that - eat, work, eat, work, eat, train, eat, chill, eat, sleep - repeat.

Thanks for having me on board.

Welcome to the EVO community! Thank you for choosing us!

Glad to have you here!

Karate sounds cool. I did takeqondo as a kid. My mother is a 4th degree black belt.

Thanks for all the welcomes guys!!

Yeah, karate is pretty awesome - any martial art is great really. I had struggled for many years with weight loss and I had done jogging and gym with mediocre success but once i found a physical activity that I loved that REQUIRED me to be fit and then REQUIRED me to be strong in order to succeed, I suddenly had a legitimate goal to work towards other than just "losing weight". And there's nothing like beating the crap out of someone or even getting beaten up - in a respectful way of course - after a sh*tty day.

I wish I had started much, much earlier. I will definitely start my kids early if that ever happens.

Welcome to Evo !

welcome brother

I can remember what my first time felt like. The anxiety of being alone together, in a dark room. Been waiting for...felt like forever.
I pull it out and stick it in...oh the feeling I got.
