I had it with Trenbolone cough after the shot, I was on the ground today gaking and coughing how can something meant to make me stronger make me so weak and painful after the shot. There has to be something that can be done to stop this from happening every time correct, I appreciate any ideas here guys thank you all.

Hey man, sorry to hear that, from what I gather the cough is caused by you nicking a vein and the tren going directly into your bloodstream and thus hitting your lungs. I've only had it happen once, and it wasn't terrible, but I generally inject in delts and upper quads so not a whole lot to hit. You can always pre-aspirate before injecting the oil just to make sure, that should take care of it.

To aspirate put the needle 3/4 of the way in as you would usually, pull back on the needle plunger slightly. If you get a spot of blood go into the syringe then you've hit a vein so just take the needle out and try another spot.

It can happen Irregardless of what you do.
I Aspirate all the time.
But sometimes it just needs to be a Very Little Nick.

I'm assuming you're doing Tren A and not Tren E.
Cause I've only ever got Tren Cough with Tren A............................................... JP

It is very individual and something you can't really get around. Some people experience it frequently when using tren and others don't. The only thing you can really use to help prevent it is cardarine gw from sarms1.com. Dose 20mg/day (10mg AM 10mg PM)

Hey Trevor, could you shed a bit more light on this? Obviously GW is great for dealing with the long term cardiovascular effects of tren, due to the natural increase of cardio ability you get from using it, but does it really help with tren cough, because to my understanding when the tren enters your blood stream quickly it essentially acts as a bronchoconstrictor, which causes the severe cough, pretty similar to asthma attack in mechanism. Does GW have a bronchodilator attribute to it that I'm missing? I'm pretty well versed on most Sarms but I'm pretty new to GW so any further insight would be greatly appreciated, especially since this is such a common problem.

Stacking Cardarine GW-501516 with trenbolone is a well proven way of reducing most of trenbolone's side effects, including tren cough. Hence, it would be a good idea to stack it with tren, and you will see great improvements to your cycle.

In my experience getting really bad cough and feeling like your going to die is when you push a good amount directly in your vein. When you just get a small cough after you on is when I have nicked a vein on the way in. Happens to me all the time when I run tren and pin my quad.

Cardarine GW does have a mild bronchodilator attribute (similar to clenbuterol - although not near as extreme) which will help reduce the severity and frequency of tren cough.

aspirating doesn't stop tren cough.

I have 2 tips for you

1. don't inject a spot that is ripe with veins
2. mix your tren with another oil

I'm interested about this. I have a bad cough (lasts about 20-30 minutes... maybe less, I get kinda dramatic when it happens) EVERY time I pin into my right glute. Left glutes, delts, and quads... no cough. I thought my glute wasn't ripe with veins, though. And mixing with another oil doesn't seem to fix it. Thoughts?

Mixing with your other injects works, but when pinning alone the best way is to use a slin pin. Its a pain in ass, takes a long time to push through but does work. i usually heat mine up so it flows easily, & I've never had the cough doing it this way. Was taught this by an ol'school bro......

I've done everything to avoid tren cough. Nothing you can really do. I aspirate every time, warm the oil, etc. Best advice is if you can't stand the cough, stay away from tren A and switch to tren E. That will eliminate the issue
